i bought a swift zxi 2012 model car in offer price last November2013 .. from maruti ambal ooty branch .. the very next day of the delivery i found the issue in engine .. total pick up drop in my car . its not performing good even in normal slop its not moving if i close the accelator .. m totallly dis appointed wit this product .. i bought before 8 months .. i took my car more than 6 times to rectify this issue .. m fed up with ooty ambal service.. customer satisfaction is zero. they r not responding properly .. also they said they will 10 000 offer after delivery i got oly 4000.. the remaining 6000 they have not returned yet .. i bought it for 6.5 lakhs .. m feeling very bad for investing my money for this product .. plz rectify this issue as soon as possible .or plz pay back my money ..
