Maruti Suzuki — Damage to the car while in the custody of service center | |||
I had given my car (Swift KA 09 MB1632 registered in the name of H. L. Savithramma) in MANDOVI SHOWROOM JP NAGAR III PHASE, BAngalore for regular free service and on receiving the car i found there was a bad smell in the car and i raised the issue with the service center. (Mr Santosh attended the complaint). on 28-02-15 and authorized person called jagannath came to receive the car since it was a pick up from home service at 8.30 am, and he returned the vehicle at 3.30 pm on the same day, as i did not pay much attention to the exterior of the car as i had no time, but today morning[protected] i noticed DENTS IN THE LEFT FRONT FENDER ON THE WHEEL ARCH where dents are noticeable but new paint job is visible but there is also paint aberration marks on the corresponding part of the front bumper, when i called MR JAGGANTH who took the car for service he did not reveal the repair work but on enquiry he confessed that the damage happened and he claims he FORGOT TO INFORM ME THE SAME, therefore i want a PROPER remedial job on my car.
