Maruti Suzuki — Dealer as well as company's complaint regarding car delivery

I would like to say that we are very disappointed with your dealer as well as your company.We had booked Maruti Ciaz with Stan Autos Ludhiana on 23 March 2015 but the dealer failed to deliver their promise saying that company has cancelled the order due to colour issue.After waiting 20-25 days it was not the answer that i was expecting from their side. I have been harassed throughout the month with their excuses.Finally they cancelled the booking.Now I will never buy any car from Maruti.I want you to reimburse the amount double my booking amount due to harassment I have faced from last 10 days visiting the dealer again & again.Look into the matter immediately and refund me my amount positively.
