Maruti Suzuki — Dealer (Dewar Garage, Kolkata) not supplying car on time | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I will start the mail with Maruti Suzuki's famous tagline 'Count on us'. I also did the same. I applied for 2 Maruti Swift Dzire for my car rental agency on 21st January with Dwars Garage & Co.. I already have 4 offer letters with me & wanted to buy 4 more cars for my rental agency. I am yet to receive the delivery of my car. They are saying it will take 12 more days. One of their employee is saying that my car has been fully damaged while travelling from their godown to showroom. They said that they would deliver the same car after repair. I have few questions to ask you. I have already made lot of fixed expenditure in anticipation of getting delivery in 15-20 days. I have already made the full payment to dealer 3 weeks back. Who is going to bear the interest cost? My insurance on car started on 22nd March. Who will bear the cost for 1 month when the car was not in possession. I have also lost the opportunity of revenue loss over last 45 days? Who are going to pay all those compensations? I know you value your dealer more than customers. You can get many customers & you wil be more concerned with your dealers. But i can assure you that i can request 3 more guys not to buy Maruti cars. I will request them to ask 3 more guys. I will heartily request to talk to Dewars Garage & forced them to compensate me. I expect that you follow what you say, 'Count on us'.
