Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that there are Five Maruti cars owned by my family. Three Swift Dzire, having Reg. No. WB06 2604, WB02Z 9719, WB06A 2851 ( Owner MOHANA GHOSH, my wife)and two Swift of Reg. No. WB06A 4293 (owner Dibyendu S Ghosh, myself) & WB26R 4305 (owner Shelley Ghosh, mother). I personally look after all the five cars.
After an accident, Swift VDI Reg. No.WB26R 4305 was taken to A M AUTOMOBILES, “MARUTI Authorised Service Center”, (Kamalgazi, Narendrapur, Kolkata-700 103, e-mail: [protected]@gmail.com) for repairing and duly received by them on 16th February 2014. The vehicle is insured to L&T Insurance, Policy No.[protected]. After that I visited the workshop for a number of times to follow up the repairing job. Whenever I asked about the tentative time of delivery, they pointed out to non-availability of spare parts from the relevant supplier of Maruti Company. Now as on 15th June i.e. after 4 months they still cannot assure me about the date of delivery of the vehicle after finishing the job. I trusted the brand MARUTI SUZIKI for their quality of product, after sale service, vast service network & value of time. Now, if it is an example of the work culture of a “MARUTI Authorised Service Center” what message they are passing to a Maruti product user like us ? I hope an immediate action will be taken from your end so that the service provider should correctly reflect the image of the brand MARUTI SUZIKI.
