Hi, This is Nagaraj Kamath. I bought new Swift ZDI(Diesel) from Mandovi(J. P. Nagar Bangalore) 2 years back by now. Swift ZDI is with new engine and newly released to the market in Nov-2011. Until on Nov-2011 Swift ZDI (Diesel) was not existing. First time it broke down with clutch plates completely worn out after 17, 000KM drive(in 1.5 years). I have been servicing it with Bimal Mahadevapura and I had to toe my car after it broke down completely. Bimal replaced the whole clutch assembly charging me around 8K Rs. I thought this would solve the problem. Again I got a shock when my Swift broke down for same clutch worn out problem in just 5, 000KM from the clutch replacement. Again They replace the clutch charging me 8K Rs. The reason Bimal gives is clutch worn out because of driving problem. I had experience of driving Alto before Swift which I drove for 22000KM and I never faced clutch problem. In Swift ZDI My clutch got replaced twice in 23000KM. I think there is clutch related problems in Swift ZDI(Turbo Diesel engines) which are yet to be proven as they are not existing in market for too long to prove themselves. When I raise this point, many people tend to disagree and say swift is proven vehicle but they forget to note that SWIFT ZDI is released in Nov. 2011.     New CAR clutch plate burn in just 2 month of purchase and running is 2000 km only

    Hi, This is vikas, I purchased a new Maruti Wagon R. CNG LXi on dated 8th April’14 from Auto Magic Dealer located in Dwarka Sec. 9 and last serviced on dated 5th May’14. Last Friday my CAR has and issue and while checked by Maruti Service engineer he told me that Clutch plates burn in your car and need to be replaced and charged me 7000 Rs for the same at Auto Magic Service station in Mayapuri neot w delhi---My car running is just...

    We puchased a swift desire DL 8 CA J 0846 from M/S T R SAWHNEY MOTORS PVT LTD SARASWATI VIHAR DELHI on 23/05/214. on down payment. We got delivery of the vechicle on the same date. The number plate was also fixed after two days. But inspite of repeated requests to MS Vijeta, Customer Care officer, we are still to receive the receipt of RTO of payment done by us towards REGISTRATION of the vehicle due to which we are unable to use the vehicle on road. We are not at all satisifed from the response of company's officials.Their behaviour is very casual and are not taking the matter seriously.         My car steering assembly get free at 25892 kms ( warranty is 40000 kms ) My car under warranty of 2 +1 =3 yrs warranty This take place at 3 and 1/2 yrs.Besaus I am of 70 yrs . So I do not use my car Ritz VXI G J 1 KF 832 from Kataria Automobiles Ahmedabad Gujarat state.I am loyal customer of Marutisuzki Automobiles of last 20 yra. At about every four to five yra I exchange my car through maruti truevalue and get delivery of new car of marutisuzuki. . I got my car servie and Insurane with marutisuzuki.Till today I am happy with maruti suzuki .Pl consider my case positivelly and cover underr warranty. Mrs Kalpana dave

          Dear, I have taken my vehicle SWIFT LXi no. DL 9 CM 6626 for getting repaired Clutch Gear and routine service at MSSD NARAINA on 05.06.2014. But I am very much annoyed to know that my said vehicle's Clutch Gear is to be changed again. I don't know, how it is possible to change Clutch Gear within ten month, when the car run only 2000 kilometers. I changed my Clutch Gear in 25, August'2013 when the car's mileage was 8432 only. I changed the clutch gear after 7 & half years in August'2013. Now the vehicle's mileage is 10644 only. Moreover, the vehicle's such problem was also brought into the notice of the staff on MSSD NARAINA well before some months ago. When my vehicle got repaired in August'2013 I also brought this problem in the notice of the engineer also, who assured me that the vehicle will be O.K. in few days. But nothing changed since repaired. I am not satisfied with the justification service centre gave me for the fault. Actually my vehicle was not got repaired properly in 2013 and it is possible that the vehicle is replaced with defective Clutch Gear in 2013. Now again they raised a bill for Rs.12410/- for the fault actually done by the MSSD NARAINA. Kindly do favourable in this regard and unnecessary payment of such bill may be rectified.             Service done yesterday at Stan Auto. The problem is that car is not even proper washed. They have stolen petrol from my car worth of Rs 800 approx. I want strict action against them, otherwise it will affect the good reputation of Maruti. Let me also know the action you have taken against them, otherwise I will change my car to another make and will not recommend any of my friends or known to buy any Maruti product.
            This is complaint against sai service koothattukulam branch. There where a knocking sound from engin after full service. They did not change the oil. They did not check the engin belt.and the over all service from their is so poor. We get a bad experiance from there.DO NEEDFULL..

                Hi sir,

                My name is Manjunath.GP owner of Maruti Swift VDi (KA-05-MJ-3297) which already launched the complaint that leakage from the turbo & vehicle is covered under extended warranty with its done 67976 kms.

                The History of the Repair on the above Complaint:

                1st Day:
                They (RNS motors) have told its under warranty so they will change the TURBO with the coverage of Extended warranty - & they have booked the Turbo also & they have took the vehicle & started the remove all the needed parts to replace the TURBO.

                2nd Day:
                The ordered Turbo model piece has came to the Vendor & Saying that which they ordered TURBO model has not came instead of SX4 Turbo came & so they have cleaned the OLD TURBO & fixed the same.


                Initially when i was left vehicle for Service before knowing that the issue i told Pickup is very less comparatively earlier.Then they have told leakage in TURBO.

                After cleaning & Fixing OLD TURBO still my Car performance/Pickup is less.Please suggest where i have to complain it.

                Please replace my TURBO to new one with coverage of the Extended Warranty & fix my car performance as well.


                After above discussion we had met the MARUTI representive Mr.Srinivasan & he said your Service history is not proper & also mentioned TURBO complaint because of AIRFILTER issue...where as filter changed at proper for 41K & 62K for Every 20k kms. And he is saying before 40k some where once Air filter changing is missed/Not done/No history & One i have to notice that till 40k kms it will be valid for the PRIMARY warranty & i am not faced any problem till 40K kms.
                After At 51k also no problem, , , , , , After 62k dont have problem...At 67K i had a problem so u people saying in history some where at 15/20k kms service detail is missing. what is it means.

                And more ever i took EXTENDED WARRANTY for 3rd & 4th year & till the period for 40k to 80K kms. My car ran for 67k kms & 3.6 years.

                After all discussion they are offered me 10% discount & later 50% discount on Total cost of replacing TURBO+AC gas+Radiator oil+Labour charge (Cost around Rs 20.000).

                Sir my concern is why should i pay ...still i have EXTENDED WARRANTY

                I have requested him but still he is not agree with him said we cant help...

                I am really Shocked & dispointed i never expected from MARUTI sir ...I Love Maruti CARS & i have forced my friends to go for Maruti cars & they have took two cars (Swift & Ritz)- please ask manager RNS-Jigani (RajRam). We have Maruti cars cummunity we love our cars but this incidence really hurts me lot. I am not expected from this never...I challanged with my friends on Maruti Service BUt now ...Just check my Car HISTORY sir single scratch also i given to Maruti sir...I have reaaly upset on this service please help me out sir...

                  I am writing to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the maruti product swift vdi and customer service at maruti workshop..

                  The defective product has been given to me and now irresponsible responses too.
                  I have been continuously visiting the work shop and made an online complaints too but haven’t got any response to that.

                  My car's registration number is gj06 hd 3462 and chassis number is 555391. I bought new maruti swift vdi with great expectation of comfort on 19th jan 2014 from amar cars, gorwa, vadodara – 390001 gujarat, india and till now it has covered ride of 2000km only and facing some critical issues with the power steering of the car.

                  The day i almost lost my life, i was driving with full speed of 100-110km/hrs. And steering got jammed on the middle of the highway. For god sake everything is alright.

                  The electric power steering light comes on while driving, feels the heavier to steer and not able to steer the steering. And once i restart the car it works as normal.

                  I have been reporting the issue repeatedly to your service station but haven’t got any solution to the problem yet and still facing the problem repeatedly.
                  I have made an online complaint to head office of maruti suzuki ahmedabad twice but haven’t got any response yet.
                  First time when i raised an issue to your service station on the 5th may 2014 while it has covered ride of 1400 km only.
                  (One more thing i want to draw your attention that the manufacturer's defective fuel pipe has been changed on the 3rd may 2014 and after that i have been facing the issue repeatedly)

                  They had put the car in running repair service multiple times and replied me that they haven’t detect any error but they have formatted and reinstalled an entire system. Then within the very short period of a week i faced with the problem twice thrice. They have been replying the same careless and irresponsible response to me.

                  Again i have put my car in running repair service on 11th and getting same response saying that "no problem has been found. Though we have formatted and reinstalled the system. Sir agli bar kuchh problem ho to bolna"

                  Now within a period of 10-12 days i have been facing the same problem and this time i have captured the dashboard photos for your kind information. Please take a look at photos that has been attached to this post.
                  Within the 2000km of ride covered i have been facing such critical issues in car. I am extreme dissatisfied with the product and service that is given to me in last few weeks...

                  I am writing to ask you to please make up the shortfall immediately and to ensure the solution to my problem.
                  Still i will wait for some more days for any response and the solution for the issue. Otherwise, we may have to look for other available options like consumer court of india.

                      I had purchased Wagon-R in the year 2012 from D D Motors, Wazirpur Delhi. A windshield crack originated near the left edge of the windshield at a point minutely away from the windshield end mould. The crack is gradually increasing. This is a structural weakness. But Now he refused after so many time i reminded he not given up to till date.                           I am Sunil Joshi owner of Maruti Dzire VDi, Model-October 2013. Car details are as follows: • Reg. Date: 27/10/2013 • Chassis No: MA3FJEB1S00417109 • Engine No: D13A 2233606 I have one problem with left back seat air pass problem from Window. While running car, there is solid air pass sound for which I have complained in Rohan Motors, Greater Noida approx. 6 months back. They tested and confirmed that there is a genuine problem. They have shown me few demo cars and confirmed that they will forward my concern to MARUTI Expert team, R& D team. They had pictures for the window of my car. Till now, I couldn’t get its resolution. Request you to look into this issue and provide me some solution as I am loyal customer of MARUTI having 3 cars and all are MARUTI Brand. With such response, I am losing my faith in Maruti and I trust team will definitely work on it and provide me immediate solution for my issue. I am looking for prompt response and action.

                            We have purchased Maruti Wagon R VXI Pearl White: - Registration no. MH 04 GM 774 ENGINE- CHASSIS No.[protected] We bought our vehicle from Maruti Suzuki Fort Point Automotive (Cars) Pvt. Ltd. Sr., Ghodbandar Rd, Patlipada, Thane West Thane, Maharashtra 400607. As per the the certificate of Taxation the tax taken is of Rs. 33719/- and registration of LMV, RC Delivery Charges and Addition of Hypothecation amount as Rs. 350/- The dealer has levied charges as Rs. 40901/- which Rs. 6832/- more than the receipt shows. I have attached the photo copy of both the receipt. I want the extra money charged by them back. Regards Arun Chavan

                              Hello All, I K.Naresh found of maruti very much, I am glad that I am one of the owners of Maruti vehicle even I suggest to go for Maruti at anytime, but for the timebeing I am not at all satisfied with services done by karimanagar Adarsha Automotive in Karim nagar, I have handed over my vehicle Swift LDI No. AP29 AT1564 on 5/05/2014 I have got zero dep insurance with Royal Sundaram Policy No # MOP2120788. When my vehicle delivered back on 31/05/2014 I found that services wa not done properly there were few sounds coming from front wheel and rare dicky side. Even after taking zero dep Insurance from Royal Sundaram I got this insurance from maruti suzuki I had to pay Rs. 22, 000/- from my pocket and bill was for Rs.92, 000/- and there is no proper explanation stating that how much insurance paid and how much I am paying. NOW I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND HUGE AMOUNT I HAVE PAID EVEN AFTER HAVEING ZERO DEPERICATION CAR INSURNACE. Please Please take immediate action on this other wise give me suggestion how should I go further. Thanking you,

                                I have given my Car for Service as well as for small denting painting work. They have charged my huge amount for denting and painting Labor work for which First of all I am not satisfied also they have given me car in worst condition. Entire car was so dirty and carpet in dikki was full of dust and some whiter power. I am very disappointment for such treatment and huge charges and will neither go to this dealer in future and if my complaint is not resolved and appropriate actions are not taken from Maruti Company against this dealer .

                                    My vehicle is getting serviced at Mandovi Motors, Yeswantpur, Bangalore. Since very beginning I have been complaining of the problem of drop in acceleration between 3rd and 4th gear, with emission of thick black smoke. Initially the technician attending my vehicle was not convinced, they have done several test but every parameters were found to be correct. They have replaced certain parts of the vehicle and also updated software of the vehicle, but all in vain. Recently, in a test drive with senior technician of Mandovi Motors, Yeswantpur, Bangalore, Mr. Vijay Babu (Mob.: 0-[protected]), the same problem has occurred and now he is convinced of the problem with the vehicle so he has guided me to write before your good-self. You must understand the seriousness of the problem as while overtaking any vehicle on the road it may lead to a serious accident. It is clear that there is a serious manufacturing defect in the vehicle which is beyond repair, so I would request you to replace the vehicle at the earliest.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      My name is Athul.A, I am an Ex - employee in Amararaja batteries(Amaron) and I have worked as Service Advisor for 8 Years in Tata and Mahindra Passenger and commercial Vehicles
                                      .
                                      I have given my official car Alto 800 (KL58K-7476) to Mandovi motors, Hennur, Bnaglore for running repairs to Service Advisor Mr Sreenath.
                                      My complaints

                                      1 Engine oil changing
                                      2 Four wheel brake cleaning
                                      3 RH side ac vent grill changing
                                      4 Water service and to check all the oil levels

                                      The cost estimate price 5000/- and estimated time 5 pm.Mr Sreenath call me at 3.00 pm and updated me the car will be delivered at 5.00 PM, but i got the car at 7.15 PM.When he explained the service details the three unpredictable works

                                      1. AC blower cleaning
                                      2. Ac vent cleaning
                                      3. Throttle cleaning and charged 1160 plus tax for washing and oil level checking

                                      When i asked about the additional works to Mr Sreenath, he had suddenly deducted the charges for AC works and throttle cleaning from 5500 to 3280.All the additional works are Value added services and i know what are benifits and incentive amounts for a service advisor for Value added service.
                                      When i handover the vehicle to mandovi the wheel cups are taged with wiretags.When i got the vehicle wheelcups are not tagged with wiretags .On the way itself i lost my Front LH wheelcup.and brakes are very less(Rs 250 was charged for brake cleaning)


                                      My point is we are not at all satisfied with this service.and who will be responsible for my loss (My Wheelcup and 1160plus tax).


                                      Please resolve my issues ASAP, otherwise i will go for consumer court and Maruti Higher Sessions.
