Maruti Suzuki — Delay in service and Non availability of spare parts

Dear Sir, I bought a new Ertiga on March month from Popular Vehicles and Service, Mamangalam Cochin and my vehicle Registration number is KL-36E 2705. My vehicle met an accident on last Thursday, 29th April 2015 and its right side shoker and diesel tank and pipe got damaged. I have given my vehicle to Popular Vehicles and Service, North Cochin on last Friday 30th April, 2015 and service adviser and manager told me that it will take one month time to complete the repair of my vehicle due to the non availability of spares especially diesel tank and pipe. This is really unbelievable and unacceptable, We are not expecting this kind of delay from a maruti authorised center. Why we are buying Maruti Vechicles? The main reason is the availability of spares as well as proper service, Per day I am loosing 3000 rupees because of this improper service from a maruti center. Request you to provide necessary spares to repair my vehicle and save me from the huge financial burden, I am expecting a quick response and immediate action on this matter.
