Maruti Suzuki — Delay of delivery of new car

I, Gunavalagan.K, residing at Trichy (tamil nadu state). I was booked a new car (Maruthi Suzuki - Celerio - ZXi (M) White in color on 30.03.15 at P L A Motors, Trichy. But till date I have not received any positive reply from them. I enquired about the car, the reply was not satisfactorily. They always blamed Maruthi Suzuki Company. i very much trust upon you, because you are the best company in our country.. The PLA Motors, said that they ordered on that day, but the Maruthi company not supplied as per our order. Now I want to know the real position or what happened about my car. and Which end P L A or Maruthi did the mistake. I very much worried about it. it affect my day to day activities. Please clarify it and give the reply positively. .
