Maruti Suzuki — Delivery Date not confirmed

Hi, I booked the Dezire 2015 (Zxi) from Maruti Dealer CM Auto Chandigarh on 29th April, while booking dealer confirm that it will take 10 days for delivery. But after 12 days while following up with dealer, they are not able to confirm delivery date. is this is the way Maruti Service there customers.
