Maruti Suzuki — denied to repair my car

I had been to mart authorised service station in mysore by its dealer name friendly motors. But services to me was denied by one Mr srinivas he gives reasons that previous service was not done by him/ company. But I was, not claiming any warranty on spare parts I told him to do the nedfull. Then same complaints where attended with other dealer in mysore pls take actions against friendly motors mysore thank you
