Maruti Suzuki — Dissatisfaction on servicing | |
Dear Sir,
I had given my maruti suzuki car for servicing on 11.07.2015 at your authorised dealer M/s. S.K.Wheels, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (Maharashtra) with the following complaints. (Car SX4, ZXI, Regn No. MH-43-V-3407).
1. Routine servicing
2. Dash Board light is always on (speedo meter & Fuel meter)
3. Side view mirrors, auto adjustment is not working.
After few hours they informed me that complete dash board meter system and side view mirrors are to be replaced which will cost approx Rs.18, 000/- (13, 000 + 5, 000) and I denied for the replacement. I got the car by evening duly serviced by paying Rs.8, 000/-. After reaching at home I noticed that there was a new deep scratch on the front bumper, from starting to end above the number plate which I was informed the service engineer and he informed me to take it to the service station which I could not do due to other engagement.Pl clear the following points :-
1. Is it possible to repair the dash board light & side view mirrors
2. It is sure that the scratch took place at SK Wheel's service station only and why they are not noticed it and simply handed over to the customer. While taking the delivery of the car it is not possible to the customer to inspect the car thoroughly because they have some faith on Maruti's service centres.Please note that my car is always parking in stilt area and the meter reading is only 24, 000 KMs
