SIR,
I had purchased Maruti Ertiga petrol model VXI BS IV from M/s Bharath Auto Cars (P) Ltd., vide invoice # VSL13001572 dated 24/01/2014.
Since day one of purchase I had noticed a peculear sound from front and back side of car was giving while driving. When taken to M/s Bharath Auto Cars(P) Ltd., they said its drive shaft and read axial sound. Vehicle was left for service for three days to rectify the problem, But they could not rectify. As the spares where not available.
Again in the first service reminded about this problem, and the replay was same(No spares).
Now its 10 months past my vehicle has run for 10000 KMS., and was kept for service with a gentle reminder with a letter acknowledged to solve the problem. But the answer is same. No spares.
Now my question why you do not supply adequate spares to your dealers to rectify manufacturing defects. What do you mean by PDI?. I am attaching the scanned copy of the letter issued to M/s Bharath Auto Cars(P) Ltd.
