Maruti Suzuki — Duplicate key

I purchased Maruti 800 car in Aug, 2001. Registration No. WB-74/E 0564 from your dealer Beekay Motors, Siliguri Key No. as per Service Book is 3903. 0ne of the keys is missing and as such I requested your dealer Sevoke Motors, Sevoke Roade Siliguri 734001.for duplicate key.. I also submitted all the required documents alongwith xerox copy of Service Book where key no is mentioned as 3903. They sent mail to you and you despatched key No. 5903 in stead of Key No. 3903 since as per your records the key no is shown as 5903. It may so happen that while updating records in your system key no. is recorded as 5903 in stead of 3903. The distributor is sending mail again to you to send key no. 3903 and not 5903. Please look into it and correct your record i./e. key no. 3903 based on service book.
