We have purchased a vehicle in the name of Mrs. Karishma Chedda i.e a Ertiga Vdi from M/S Excel Autovista, Bandra (w), Mumbai. We have taken the delivery on 23rd Oct.2014. Since, we had taken an insurance on our own, we had an excess amount paid to the dealer of Rs. 26371/-. While booking the vehicle, we had gone through the list of accessories to be put at the time of delivery a bit overpriced. So we did not confirm any of the accessories to be put on our behalf. At the time of delivery, we were surprised to see the same, without our knowledge all the accessories were put by their choice & no confirmation ever made by us. On seeing this, we still did not bother much & accepted the same. Now, since its more then 60 days, we have been in follow up with the executive constantly, to settle the account & give us the complete detailing off the funds utilised & invoices for the same. We are shocked to see, there is no response from them on repeated telephonic calls made by us & we have also sent them a mail regarding the same. Hence i would like you to intervene & do he needful for no further dispute to occur.
