[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Excess Charging for Maruti Suzuki Dzire car

Dear Sir, I took delivery of a Maruti Swift DZIRE on 12.06.2014 from M/s Khivraj Motors Pvt. Ltd., No: 623, Anna Salai, Chennai/ No: 7, 1st Avenue Sastri Nagar, Adayar, Chennai 20. While checking the Total payment and the bills given by the company I found that Rs. 11071.80 has been paid extra by me and requested for refund on 16.06.2014. I also informed them that I donnot need extended warranty. However on 18.06.2014 they have sent me an extended warranty and charged Rs.5910.00. I would rquest you to kindly advice M/s Khivraj Motors to cancel the extended warranty which I have not requested at all and pay me the excee amount charge that is Rs. 11071.80 Thanking You, Yours Faithfully, Lt.
