I booked a swift LXI(O) car with "" TRICITY AUTOS ZIRAKPUR PATIALA HIGHWAY"" on 17 December 2014
The Sales man MR Gurprett Singh Promised me to deliver car within 2 days . He told me that it was available in his stock. After 2 days he told me that VXI model was available n LXI (O) was not available .He was actually lying upon me .He cancelled my order n promised to delver my refund next day .i gave him a a call every next day but didn't received my refund i received my check on 2 January that RS 250 deducted .And check was not delivered i had to go and collect it
the car was not cancelled by me than why should i bear these charges
neither of the sales executive got any communications skills to properly talk to the customers
it was really a horrible experience with your company
and would rather say that maruti dealers only know how to fool their customers
and provide immensely third class service by only telling lies to the customer
the executives were rather arguing with me
please look into the matter and try to make sure that you don't loose any more valuable customers Was this information helpful? |
