On 14.02.15 Saturday at 11:25, Ms Moumita of Premier Car World Workshop 29 B.T Road Kolkata-700 058 called me to inform me that my new Maruti Cellerio car was already due for the 3rd free servicing and that whether I cold come with my car the next day i.e 15 th. morning. I informed her that Sunday is an off dayfor my driver. So she informed me that she would arrange for a pick up by 8:30 a:m and delivery by 12:30 noon.I thanked her and informed her that in case there was a problem I would inform her by 5:00 p.m to avoid any harassment to the people who would come for the pick up and that if there was no ph call from my end it was ok with me.
Next day I.e 15 th. morning ( Sunday), i kept on waiting for the car to be picked up and even cancelled my program of going to the market. But as usual no body turned up and there was no ph call from Premier Work shop. So the whole morning was wasted.
In the evening of the same say i.e Sunday the 15th. she called me again and rattled off the same point as the day earlier. I reminded her of the incident the previous day. I was amazed to hear that she could not relate the incident. I got a little frustrated and told her that if she kept on showing such kind of non commitment towards committed customers like me many o[censored]s would have no option but to dispense with the service of Maruti Suzuki. At this so utterly misbehaved with me and banged the ph. I called her back a minute back and wanted to know her name. After telling her name she again banged the ph.
Now my question is - why would a committed customer of Maruti for the lat 8 years like me would have to suffer at the hands o[censored]nprofessional and non committed tellecallers like Ms MOUMITA for no fault of ours? I am deeply anguished and dejected at tge service of MARUTI SUZUKI. Was this information helpful? |
