Dear Nexa Team,
I had booked a Baleno Delta Diesel on the 31st of October 2015. After many failed promises and false commitments, the cal was finally delivered to me on the 14th of January 2016. In the meanwhile, I had raised numerous complaints to Nexa (NX[protected] and all of them were clubbed in the same complaint number. But till date, Maruti Nexa has not done anything to resolve any of the complaints. On the 14th of January 2016, the showroom told me that they would give me the car without the number plate and they would require another 3 days to make a number plate. I was earlier informed by Mr.Kabilan that the number plate costs around Rs.900. Since they were not able to give me the number plate on time, I had asked them to provide me a car cover worth Rs.1050 instead of the number plate and I informed them that I would give them the difference amount. They agreed to the terms and asked me to sign the complaint resolution form. They informed that the car cover is out of stock and will get back to me on Monday 18th Jan 2016. When I called them today, They informed that the number plate is worth only Rs.150 and hence they wouldn't be able to replace it with the car cover. This was a breach of trust on part of Nexa. The dealer had charged me Rs.6, 370 towards basic accessories. I had been askeing them to give me a detailed list of accessories that are basic and they kept promising that they would send it, but never did. Today, due to my insistence, the dealer relented and had provided me with the following cost wise break up:
Floor mat-1790
Mud flap-790
Nexa basic kit(steering cover, pillow)-3790
The dealer was not able to explain what are the constituents of the Nexa Kit. All I had received from the dealer as accessories was the floor mat, mud flap and the steering cover. Assuming the floor mat is not part of a standard car, I dont understand how an ordinary steering cover costs Rs.3790. This sort of daylight robbery was not expected from a brand like Maruti.
I am past all limits of patience. Poor response from Nexa customer service has led to mental agony and monetary losses. I would like you to treat this mail with high importance and clear all service related issues with immediate effect failing which I would be forced to approach the consumer court for a resolution.

Dear Kabilan,
Except for the floor mat, Mud flap and the steering cover I have not received anything else. Kindly explain if a steering cover would cost us Rs.3790. This is preposterous.
