The sales person gave me a demo on Zxi O Manual and mentioned that the car will come in Fog Lamps and Alloy Wheels with 2 remote keys. Actual car is without Fog Lamps and Alloy Wheels with 2 remote keys. Actual Maruti brochure mentions show that Auto Zxi Opt comes with Fog Lamps and Alloy Wheels with 2 remote keys. I have raised it with them and as per the maruti brochure the car should have all this. However Maruti denies giving this saying its a printing mistake.

      Sir, I have purchased maruti Suzuki Eartiga ZDI from Stan Auto, Jalandhar- Punjab dated on 26 may 2014. After two month ago my car met with an accident on 29 july 2014. The accidental car was sent to Stan auto pvt ltd. Jalandhar for repairing. After 10 days later Stan auto send me a letter for demanding me reason for late tax paid for registration number and other essential claiming documents etc. but on the time of car purchasing I have paid full amount including of insurance premium, registration fee and car cost to Stan auto by demanded draft which I wrote in reply letter then the repairing work was started. As per the govt. policy the dealer has to generate registration certificate of ever new sold car. Then the car was fully repaired. The insurance company has passed amount of 75% of cost of claim for non giving of registration certificate of car to insurance company (i.e Bajaj Allianz general insurance co ltd.) and rest 25% leave with Stan auto and Stan auto demanding me to pay rest 25 % amount. On buying dep-cap insurance policy and paying full registration certificate fee to Stan auto, Stan auto would liable to be pay all rest amount. On going 1 year and 7 month I have paid all installments to bank. It give huge financial effect to me and I am facing many mentally tension about car and also my work was hampered due to non convenience. Kindly give my car return back as earlier as possible. I shall ever gratefull for this.           Brought omni e 8 seater on 31st december 2015 (bill date 1st jan 2016) at price of 2, 65, 000, paid downpayment of rupees 35 thousand, & next day loan got sanction of rupees 2, 48, 000. they promised to give the extra money they got in four days, now 15 days are gone & they are still not in mood to refund, giving excuses unrespectfully. please help..

            Dear Sir, It is stated that I am a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki. Previously I had Maruti 800 Dx purchased in 1996. Replacing that, I bought a Swift Dzire Zxi car (Chasis No. 429314; Engine No. 1328554) from Madhusudan Motors Pvt. Ltd., B-5, Lawyers Colony, By-Pass Road, Agra – 282005 on 14th January, 2014. Afterwards, I had been regularly getting my car serviced by the same dealer with full satisfaction. As a routine, the car was again serviced by above authorised dealer recently on 20.12.2015 wherein, apart from other services, they also changed the engine oil, as evident from the enclosed copy of Job Card Retail Invoice dated 20.12.2015. However, after about one month on 10.1.2016 when I visited Delhi for an entrance test of my daughter, I noticed the indicator of engine oil coming on and off on the main dashboard. I tried to find out the nearest Marutu Suzuki Service Centre in Rohini Sector–5 Area of Delhi, but being it a Sunday, the service centre were closed. Then I contacted on the mobile of service advisor Mr. Saran Kumar provided on the above mentioned Job Card Retail Invoice, who in turn expressed helplessness being far away from Agra, and asked to get the vehicle checked by some local car workshop for emergency work and get the engine oil and oil filter replaced. Being in distant unknown area of Delhi, I and my family had to go through a serious trouble and after much struggle I found one local workshop, who then arranged to replace the engine oil and oil filter and charged Rs. 1700/-, saying that the oil had been leaked due to faulty fitting of Oil Filter by the serviceman and reached at the critically low level, and any further delay or movement of the car could have caused a serious major damage to the engine. The faulty fitting of the Oil Filter was evident by the damaged and contorted rubber seal/gasket of the Filter, which was caused by careless and insincere fitting by serviceman of the car. This resulted into the slow unnoticeable trickling of the engine oil, which eventually caused complete emptying of the engine and reached the stage of causing serious damage to the engine. The photographs of the damaged Oil Filter seal are enclosed for your perusal. Further, the local mechanic informed that the Oil Filter that has been used by the authorised dealer was large one which was more prone to be struck by any hard object that came underneath car, whereas, ideally, small oil filter must be used in Dzire car which he suggested and replaced with, removing the old damaged one. The photograph of the label of new Oil Filter is enclosed). It is very clear by the above details that there was a serious and glaring deficiency of services on the part of the above Authorised Maruti Suzuki Dealer and Service Centre, Agra. The serviceman or mechanic fitted the parts very carelessly so much so that it rather damaged the part while fitting (in this case damaged/contorted rubber seal/gasket of oil filer assy). Now, looking at this, I am not sure and quite sceptic whether they have actually done wheel balancing and alignments and other services/ part replacements honestly as claimed in the above Job Card Retail Invoice? As a customer, it has actually breached my trust on the authorised service dealer of Maruti Suzuki. Therefore, it is requested to kindly take prompt appropriate action in the matter, and not only refund my above incurred charges of Rs. 1700/- but also compensate me appropriately seeing the trouble and agony I and my family had undergone in distantly unknown place of Delhi on account of the careless and deficient service of my car. The situation could have been quite tormenting and far worse for me and my family had the engine ceased on the remote highways in night time while travelling back to Agra!               we purchase ciaz vdi (o) on 2/01/2016 from frist days we faces the problem in starting the engine, we cant start the engine in first attemt and it was really very very embracing in front of others people we cant start the engine at one self . we buy maruti car on trust but we very bad reponse on new car

                False commitment by dealer of nexa akshardham for delivery of baleno car I have booked my car on nd dec 2015 at nexa showroom akshardham delhi with my BOOKING RECEIPT NO IS:REC15002016 at that time they gave me the delievery date of 6 jan 2016 but now they making the false promises/ date every time. After facing the frustrating experience with the executive of nexa akshardham Mr Mohit Singh he gave me the phone no of his senior Mr Paliwal he also doing the same job by manipulating the words that maruti nexa has given the extended date of delivery i.e. 3 month but he dont know even the expected month of delivery of my car .Now at this stage after wasting 40 days of time it is quite confusing for me to wait with this fraud committed guys of NEXA AKSHARDHAM

I had given my car to GS Motors Pvt Ltd Saharsa for servicing on 15/12/2015 . I had also given order for front door glass, channel, Diesel Filter, Bumfer etc. Which are not arranged by the GS Motors Pvt ltd till Today . When I went to workshop on 13/01/2015 for those Parts. No anybody take positive response about this order and positive repl. So I am not satisfied with this workshop Today machanic was changing diesel filter and cracked that diesel filter and diesel is being started leakage . No any person reply positive about this activity . All mention parts are not available at Purnea Branch and Sigiliguri Branch also . I have to go out side of Bihar with my car on 15th Jan 2015 . in this situation how it is possible . I have to attend most important meeting . According to such type of services how it is possible to repurchase your product and recommend to other person. Immediate short out this case other wise i will see you in the court .                     On 22 Nov 2015 my car No RJ 14 CU-9316 registered with my name Vijay Singh was accident near Chirawa, Distt- Jhunjhunu. Vehicle repaired by nearest maruti workshop, Chirawa after 15 -16 days. The agency not given me any bill for the repair of my vehicle and a sum of Rs. 14100/- taken from me and only a cash receipt given to me. I approached to Chirawa workshop and Jhunjhunu workshop (main workshop) regarding this matter but no one give me the details of my vehicle demade and its correct expence. A bill of Rs. 3000/- for towing charges also submitted along with my bank account but the amount has not still received to my account.

                      I have booked Baleno ( Delta- Automatic) from the Nexa outlet at Shivajinagar, Pune, Maharashtra on 08/11/2016- the custemer ID is [protected]. At the time of booking the delivery was promised by 15/12/2016. After few weeks the delivery date was changed to 31/01/16 without any valid explanation. If the bookings are more then they should affect the new customers after our booking and not us. At the Nexa outlet no proper date of delivery / no proper explanation is given instead warning about the price hike by the company ! If there is unlimited waiting for this car (as being a Doctor - a vehicle is a necessary for us) - would it be wise to cancel this booking and plan for other car which will be delivered early and before the price hike?????? Kindly explain!

                        I have purchased Swift VDI HR 26 CF3118 in 2014. From the very beginning I am facing the problem in Gear Box. While driving the shifting of gear is not functioning properly and stuck the from lower to higher. I have complained in my first service which was done in 25.4.2014 but the problem is remained same. Now the 2nd service (July 14) and 3rd service (November 2014) have also done but I am facing the same till now. This problem may cause an accident with me while driving.                           सर मेरी अल्टो कार जोधपुर के कृष्णा ऑटो सेल्स मोटर को 3 महीने पहले ठीक कराने दी थी आज तक ठीक नहीं हुई वर्कशॉप के चक्कर लगाते परेशान हो होगये ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट भी की तो आपके डीलर नाराज़ हो गए वर्कशॉप इंचार्ज श्रवन कहते हें अब तो कार ऑनलाइन ही ठीक कराओ क्या ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट करना गलत हे तो कंपनी ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट लेती ही क्यों हे तीन महीने से कार वर्कशॉप में पड़ी हे पार्ट नहीं होने के बहाने बना रहे हे तीन महीने से फाइनेंस की किश्त यू ही भरनी पड़ रही हे कृष्णा मोटर में बात करो तो लड़ने लगते हे जैसे मारुति कार ले कर अपराध कर दिया अगर कंपनी इस बात को समझे तो सिस्टम ठीक करे, मेरी कार कब मिलेगी???? धन्यवाद car- alto 800 RJ19CF1875 [protected]

                            Dear Sir, I have a complaint regarding Stan Body Shop Phase 6 Mohali, at first they commited to deliver the car on 7 jan2016. then said they will deliver on next day & finally they promised of 11-01-16. On 12-01-16, I asked to deliver the car at my office they said ok...It will be done at 2pm but It's not so.Again he said that till 4:30pm they deliver again they failed to do so.then I went to body shop at 5:45am & asked to hand - over the car by giving the chq. But the body shop manager refused to accept chq mode payment & said that maruti work shop accept cash payment only & refused to hand - over the car also. I am very much harassed by the total episode. Now I asked the maruti which kind of services we can expect from you. Is maruti work shop accept only cash mode payment. ?? Kindly revert me otherwise I will never go for maruti car & I also assure that all my friends, relatives etc should never face such kind of harassment. Rituraj Mishra,

                              My name is Kumaresu, Mobile No. 0 [protected], I am located at TamilNadu, Coimbatore. I using Wagon R Duo, TN38AP9846 vehicle for he past 8 years and i am giving service to Authorized service centre ABT Maruti- Puliakulam branch only. 22nd December i received call from ABT Maruti-puliakulam branch said there was an offer Rs.999/- and some kind of service included this offer, and asked me to utilise this. I also told ok, but i am having engine off issue while going with gas and same to be corrected. The issue was, Engine will go off while using gas at high speed to low speed, that is if remove the leg from accelerator, the engine will shut off and it will not start immediately even gas or petrol. it will take time to restart. They said this issue is due to the Gas kit block, once the kit cleaned it will be solved. After this i send a vehicle and they return back on 24.12.2015 only pipe line cleaning and they charged Rs.1250/- They told the Diaphragm not available and it will be received one or two days and we will informing you once received the part. After two days they informed me that the parts were received (on 4th January 2016)and send a vehicle for kit cleaning. I sent and they were cleaned and changed all necessary parts and technician Mr. Shanmugam informed me that the vehicle serviced and took long trial and now there is no issue, vehicle was perfect. For this they were charged Rs. 3000 for spare parts and Rs. 3217 for service charges on 6th January 2016. Totally i paid Rs. 6217/-. After received the vehicle, i filled the Gas on 10th January 2016 (Bunk Gas only i am using) changed from Petrol to Gas, after 1 Km, again same problem engine off issue and one more complaint added that Bomb blasting sound from engine area. I understand that this sound is because of water entry inside the spark plug after water wash. Because i had same experience before 2 times in the same branch after serviced the vehicle and they cleaned the plug and corrected. I reported this and they asked me again to come to office for checkup. After one hour they came and told that the Ignition coil got weak and same to be changed. I was shocked, because i given a vehicle for kit cleaning not Ignition problem. I explained my past 10days history and they told ok, pl. leave the vehicle for one more day for full checkup. I also given a vehicle and next day again same dialogue, the ignition coil to be changed. I asked to get a letter from Maruti saying that this coil was the problem and same to be replaced. Then technician told i will ask work manager to talk to you. Manager (mobile No. [protected]) called me and after very long discussion same dialogue from the manager. i explained from the starting to end and Manager asked to to give some time to full analysis. After analysis again he told me to change the Ignition coil. I fed up with ABT Maruti service and asked to return my vehicle without changing the Ignition coil. My worry is they would have told earlier before cleaning the kit or before doing the kit cleaning they took trial and they were not identified any issue. After cleaning this only this problem started. I don, t know how to resolve this. I requested MARUTI UDYOG discuss with ABT Maruti and resolve this issue.

                                My Car Maruti Estilo Zen (New) Regd No. TN 30 AE 8325 was given for servicing at M/s Vishu Cars Pvt limited on 30 Nov 2015 and they delivered the car on 11 Dec 2015. It was shocking to find that the radiator is leaking, AC not working and heavy engine noise. The same was reported to the in charge Mr. Dinesh and he was unable to help as he was not available and another tech attended and only the coolant leak was temporarily arrested by applying sealant (which is not the way Maruti does) and said for other complaints not possible to attend as they are busy and told to contact the customer care. Spoke to customer care manager Suresh and reported the issues he said car cannot be picked up as the drivers are not available and to call after two days, again after repeated approach then car was taken on 04 Jan 2016 and given back 08 Jan 2016. When I received the car it was in such a condition that “when you bring the car out from a junk yard and fully filled with dust-exterior/interior and the complaints remained the same without any rectification. I was told by Mr Suresh that the battery was charged some wiring to one of the cylinder was not connected which gave the engine noise, was rectified. But nothing happened when I open the Bonnet the battery leads was full of corrosion salt, and the entire parts were accumulated with heavy dust. There was no sign of any rectification carried out. The car was kept in the yard for all these days and returned to me. I took the car to the agency again on 08 Jan 2016 evening and Mr Suresh attended me and shown the car and asked “this is the way you do service to your customers” he could not give any answer. He took a test drive along with me and observed the same problems and to told me he will take the vehicle on 11 Jan 2016 morning, but nothing happened and when asked he is out of station. Kindly look into my complaints and take stern action against the agency and also the faults to be rectified immediately. I have paid a total amount of Rs. 35, 230/- against my servicing. This has given me pain, stress, loss of my value time, additional transport expenses during the absence of my car.

                                  I am booking maruti Suzuki Celario ZXI white on dated 27 November 2014 by paying booking amount Rs 5000 booking amount Receipt 5134 on basis of discount of Rs 10000 but after some day call from maruti Suzuki gondia showroom he told me he unable to give Rs 10000 discount Hence I cancel my order and refund my total booking amount as early as possible but till date there is not refund my booking amount Rs 5000 to me about 45 days had go but till maruti Suzuki not refund my money. Otherwise I will go to Customer court.

                                    Hello, I am highly disappointed from Maruti Customer care and Maruti authorised service center KAP at Shastri nagar, ghaziabad. (I was driving my car Maruti Ertiga ZDI at 30th night of december near Hotel Grand Hyatt on the ring road in Delhi .The right axel got disconnected . The car was running smoothly on the highway around 60-70 speed. The car did not had any type of collision and the highway was also smooth . After that i towed my car with a recovery van to a maruti authorised center Kap Automobile at shastri nagar, Ghaziabad, where my car gets serviced timely.There could be a reason my axel got broke without colliding on any object on midway due to their bad service. As my car recently got serviced from that service station and they changed some parts.After their service my car's alignment was totally out which after the complaint they did the wheel alignment. Not only that when i went to them that day they didnt even inspect my car properly and started telling me the expenses.When i asked them a reason that why my axel got damaged, there was no response i wasted like 5 hrs at their service center. The steering of car was working fine and there was no sign of free steering as the service advisor mr Abhinav told me himself. Mr Abhinav -service Advisor and Mr Kesarwani-workshop manager also inspected my car that day and told me that we will talk to insurance surveyer and then we will tell you the details. They made my job card and filled all the details Themselves. after the surveyer did the inspection they did even informed me the results. after two days of surveyer visit they called me and said he is not giving the axel + bumper+ some other parts under insurance. I told them my car is in Warranty and then they started explaining me that this manufacturing defect does not comes under warranty. This means any car of maruti can get into this condition anytime and their is nothing they could do. After that i filed a complaint on maruti costumer care (complaint number [protected]) after two days they called me again and they The service advisor+ workshop manager+ general manager (Mukhteshwar chaudhary)started showing me details of newly formed dents under the engine and told me that I need pay for these parts . The surveyer didnot saw those dents when he did the survey. How did the dents under the engine appear? it could possibly be that they may have made up those dents and made up a story. Its my humble request from you to personally look into this matter Now i do not have my new car that i loved most and they refused to provide me some other replacement for my car till it gets repaired. I am really very very dissapointed from maruti and i am facing too much difficulties travelling using a cab is costing me a fortune. I would really appretiate if you could throw some light on this matter !!! The previous service from KAP automobile was also not satisfactory as they told me that the first and second gears disks of ertiga keeps damaging itself its a manufacturing defect of this car.                                       I have purchased a new wagonr car on dated 08th August 2014 from your dealer Vipul Motors Faridabad, The since is under warranty period also, Now my was not stating on 29/12/2015, i have given the same day to Vipul motors but they are telling after two days this is engine problem and its cost is Rs. 55000/-. I m enclosing herewith their estimation copy. My car is running only 15000km till date, how its possible to engine problem in very short period. you are requested to please support to look into this matter & depute your engineer for finding out the problem. pls.

                                        Nobody entertained like i m just seeing the CAR. As i was on Bike nobody came to me and nobody even told me the features of Car..


                                        is this compulsory to come on CAR to buy a car?
                                        Cant a person buy his car dis way.

                                        i gave registration amount and got the registration of d car and the person dealing was dealing like he is doing some EHSAAN on me by doing registration.


                                        Again it was tolerated.

                                        i got a call frm d executive to do all the loan word. I was asked to reach branch for signature n all. before going to d bank Nexa showroom financial advisor suggested i told him dat i can manage to get the loan work by my end by reaching my nearest branch bt he said sir no issues all d work will be done by us u just hav to reach branch once.

                                        I said fine.
                                        i reached d branch and did all the things NEXA employee told me.

                                        Then after one day d guy gave me d call and said ur car is ready for delivery. I said which time i shud come to take delivery started from 10.00 a.m and till 5.00 p.m he was saying only 30 mins.

                                        then after i shouted at him what u ppl r doing n i m coming now.

                                        at 5.00 i left my place to get d car. Then after 5 mins i recieved a call from the guy who handles finance. he said sir pls do carry the Senction letter from the bank. Which was again his duty to get all the work done because he was d person who told me sir i will handle all. Then i said i m near to NEXA nw.

                                        He irritated by saying sir u have to carry that letter by urself by reaching d branch of bank.


                                        then i called the other guy handling my car n he said sir u have to carry d letter along with u. i said i m near to NEXA. then he said okay sir we will manage.


                                        it was also fyn.


                                        At d time of delivery the guy handling my car delivery gave me d keys and all and when i asked about 2nd key.. he said we will give it at the time of RC generated.

                                        i wasnt aware why he didnt gave me d key. I just took d key and came back home with d car.

                                        Next day my frnds told me that he cant keep ur 2nd key as u have did all the formalities.


                                        and again i gave call to d guy handling my delivery. and asked about the 2nd key and Invoice which he didnt gave me .

                                        so he said he will give these things to me d day i gave call but still after 5 days he was saying same thing today today n today.,


                                        After giving call to NEXA showroom they provided me d key and invoice.
