Dear Sir,
We are a taken the vehicle from RNS motors after 20 days we have gave it for the first service in RNS motors, Bommanahalli, B'lore.
We are not all satisfied with the service provided by them
1. The car seat was fully black covered with grease and the door side interiors full black the seat cover of the car is cream in colour which was turned to black in colour. When I questioned Mr.Manjunath (service executive) he answered to buy a good quality shampoo and clean by ourselves. The RNS showroom manager tried to convinence us and took the vehicle and cleaned but when they returned the car in 15 mins with the interiors fully wet the side door interior was not cleaned properly and back dicky mat was also fully wet, when we asked it is wet and it will start smelling it is not dried enough kindly make it dry and he answered by itself it will dry and we provide only this much service.
2. Washing, After washing the colour of mud in the mudguard was very much visible
3. we feel the sound of the engine is changed .
4. We have also given satisfaction note on the service date[protected]
the vehicle is run only 512 kms while giving for first service The vehicle's new look is gone and we are not at all satisfied with the service .I want proper service of the vehicle and i want the first service to be done again in a proper manner. kindly reply at the earliest .
