[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — I Have been given a car which is already repainted from your dealer M/s Deewars Garage

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Swift Dezire Tour Vehicle from Deewars Garage and took the Delivery on 17.06.2014 at around 7.45 pm as it was night I could see the vehicle in the dark as it was delivered at my home address where there is not much light and it was raining very heavily on that day. The very next day I complained to the Representative that the car is not good as I could see that it was very dirty from outside as there were black pacthes on thebody side, Thereafter they said my driver to bring the vehicle to their service center in British India Street and they did polishing and cleaning of the car and from that day itself I was not in kolkata for work. After few day I saw the Car properly and noticed that it is already repainted whereas I asked the representative to show me the car before regestration which they did't did. And now my driver informed me that there is some leakage of Coolant in the Car from the engine side. Thereafter I have send my car to Deewars Garage service centre for the complain against leakage as well as they have cheated me by selling me a repainted Vehicle.
