Maruti Suzuki — Inability in delivering the car to customer | |||
I'd Booked the Maruthi Suzuki Celerio-AMT(LXi) on 25-Oct2014 at RKS Motor, Secunderabad.Booking Number: SOB14001039 vide cheque number: (954495 / 25-Oct2014).The agent(Mr. M.Venkatesh) has promised to deliver the vehicle in middle of January2015. I'd been to USA on office work on 02-Dec2014. I'd infomed Mr.Venkatesh before I leave to USA.I'd returned to India on 21-Jan2015. When I'd asked Mr.Venkatesh about the status he said that the vehicle was delivered on 30-Dec2014 but was given to another customer as I'm not availble to recieve it.He asked me to pay INR 50, 000/- more so taht he can deliver the vehicle with 15 to 30 days. I'd paid the amount vide cheque number 954497 / 02-Feb2015. But I did not get the vehicle till the day. When I called him he said he is not sure whether he can get the vehicle or not. He gave me a sugession to go for VXi model. Finally the showroom manager confirmed today that they are not able to get the car for me. When you are not capable of delivering the vehicles why did you make the customer wait so long without telling any status? Was this information helpful? | |||
