Maruti Suzuki India — AMC and customer service not satisfactory | |||||
I am member of amc serivce provided by maruti. It provides free pick and drop facility. But when i dialed to the number proudly pasted on back of my car, the madam responsible for booking was not available. It seems that maruti do not have substitutes. When i booked my amc service through their website htttp://marutimsm.com/serviceyourcar. Php, i received email confirming that a official from maruti will contact me within 24 hrs. It has been more than 3 days no one has bothered to call back. I made the compliant along with my reg. No. Of car on email id of maruti provided on their website. I have been allocated crm:[protected] and have been further asked some irrelevant questions like model make etc. Do these people do not have access to their central database. Can anyone provide me email id of some responsible person like vp (Operations) gm (Operations) etc. I demand that the fake website created by maruti and not maintained since ages may be put down. Further, you seldom get call in you amc period from maruti asking to send your car to service, where as, i get on an average one call per month from other maruti service providers offering service for my car. Msm is neither doing proactive marketing nor is concern about existing amc customers. It is always better to pay and have service of your car from service station of your choice than having amc from maruti service masters (Msm). Was this information helpful? | |||||

Booked a Maruti celerio VXI on 17th /7/2015 which need to be deliver on 28/7/2015. But they didn't deliver up to now and putting FALSE COMMITMENT and new excuses every day. Such a worst dealer I have ever seen.25%
