Dear concerned,
I have received a mail from nexa, park street kolkata saying i will receive the car in feb '17.
One person needs a car today and you are saying that he has to wait till feb’17 i. E. For 10 months?
There was a time when one had no option but to go for maruti 800 or omni and had to wait for uncertain period but today?
We are constant maruti users and request you to look into this seriously so that clients are retained.
Awaiting feedback.

    मैने दिनांक 15;04;2016 मारूती कम्‍पनी K.P.आॅटो मौबाईल कम्‍पनी जयपुर से मारूती सुजूकी अरीटीगा ZDI+ टोप माॅडल कीमत 10, 73, 000 रूपये देकर खरीदी थीा कंपनी द्वारा गाडी में चार अलोईविल टायर ही दिये किन्‍तु स्‍टेपनी सादा रिम मे दी गई, जो गलत हैा गाडी की सर्विस बुक दूसरी गाउी नम्‍बर आर जे 14 एन टी 3622 सूरेश कुमार गाेयल की गाडी की दे दी गईं, जिसके कारण मेरी गाडी आर जे 14 यूई 4993 अरटीका जेड डी आई पल्‍स की पहली सर्विस हजार किमी पर होनी थीा किन्‍तु गाडी पांच हजार किमी चल चुकी हैा और पहली सर्विस नहीं हो पायी हैा जिसकी जिम्‍मेदारी कंपनी की हैा अत- प्रार्थी की गाडी की स्‍टेपनी अलाईविल में दिलाएं एवं सर्विस बुक भी गाडी की ही दिलाएंा अन्‍यथा न्‍यायालय की शरण ली जावेगीा

      Sir, I want to inform u that one of your authorised dealer in dholpur city misguide me.they said there is a problem in ur engine in crankshaft but how can it is possible, I serviced my waganor lxi on every 5000 km so how can it is poosible but I was in shock that time so I said solve this problem and I leave my car in the workshop of narayan motors dholpur.after 3-4 days when I reached to get delivery of my car after the engine work they said there is no problem in engine everything is good and they charged 3000 rs for without any work from that period of time I am facing many problems in my car like suddenly engine will off when I on AC of my car so I am requesting u plzzz help me in this problem as soon as possible

        I have purchased Swift Petrol car on[protected] from DDD moters Peera garhi Delhi, I have atransfer able job and now im posted at Bahadurgarh Haryana, recently I service my car from Sidhi Vinayk Bahadurgarh in which service eng assured me regarding change of Amaron battery which is not working and is under warranty and the same will be replaced by Amaron dealer.

          I have booked a Vitara Brezza LDi option on date[protected], the car was booked by sales executive 1. And the delivery date was given as 2nd July.

          After 10-15 days I changed the variant from LDi to Vdi option. This time the sales executive-1 was on leave, so I was greeted by sales executive -2. He noted down the changes I want and took signature on the papers where he written updated variant details. And informed me that the new waiting period will get applied (somewhere August will be the new delivery date)
          I asked him about the new receipt but he told it is not required and assured me that he will submit those papers to sales executive1.

          After this I tried calling sales executive 1 for couple of times to enquire about the status, but most of the time she was on leave.

          Today morning I got call from sales executive1 to inform that my car (LDi option) will be delivered in this month

          Shocked to here same from her, I said I changed the variant to Vdi option, and started arguing with me for not informing her about the change.

          And now my new delivery date is in November. 2016..lol

          My question:
          Do you really think this is my mistake that I trust on Maruti and booked a car.
          I really needed to have a car before rain starts. I sold my Mahindra Scorpio to arrange finance.

          I and my whole family was mentally prepared for welcoming car before rainy season.

          Kindly help me and my family to get out of this situation.

            My wagon r (Up 20 ab 2999) met with an accident on 8 th march 2016. Unfortunately the body was severely damaged but the engine and the gear box were operating fine.

            Now after spending so much money, and 2 months at the (Raj sneh automobile) service, there seems to be a problem with the gear box.

            Sir how can a perfectly operating gear can be in such condition after it has been serviced.

            Today i went again, they very politely listened to my complaint and said they do not have the proper part, that's need to be replaced.

            Sir, i am extremely unhappy with the kind of service they are providing, i don't have enough time and money to spend again again.

            Kindly look into the problem asap

              I (Ugranath jha) have taken a wagon r lxi vehicle from your dealer competent automobiles co. Ltd gurgaon (Islam pur) branch this is commercial registration vehicle i have disappointed to dealer registration department behavior there is no guideline to take how much amount for registration from the customer he has taken all fees for registration but now he is telling pay your uttar pradesh and haryana tax by self (Rs-8000) not a given single acknowledgment/receipt for this and not given proper parts/ accessories etc although i am telling him please do your work properly but i think all your dealers are fearless they are cheating your customer he has no fear of maruti company.


              Kindly send a vigilance team secretly and find out the problem and create a proper guideline and transparency for your customer because maruti is no-1 brand of india.

                Hello sir,

                I want to register my complaint against maruti suzuki india limited (Msil) and their dealer - hira automobiles, rajpura, punjab who took the booking of above mentioned car on 18th march and promised delivery in 6-8 weeks. Till now, the car has not been delivered and the dealer is responding with excuses and giving fake estimates everytime i enquire about delivery.

                  I had booked the new ciaz before 2 weeks. At the time of booking they guaranteed the delivery of the vehicle within a week for sure. Now they are demanding 1 more month and not assure of the delivery within a month too.
                  As i had many other options i choose this one for the very quick response.

                    I had done servicing of my car in dec 15 and for the complaint of poor pick up of the vehicle, as per advise of the repairer, clutch kit was replaced. Even then, the pick up was not improved. I have to drive in city in fully crowded area was told to him and he is aware of the traffic in pune. By may 16, first week, it's pick up became so poor that i could not drive the vehicle further and had to complain to the dealer/repairer.

                      Dear sir i had bought a maruti ritz car in july 2014 and every time if there has been an issue had to raise through consumer forum or any other sources to get resolution.This time it has been a worst example of carelessness by the service executive of maruti had given my vehicle for service in feb month this year itself and after few days i checkwd my engine and found that there was hole in battery of my car, i approached agency for solution they had sent an executive with me foe checking and the team told that this could result in any mishappening also, but no care shown nd temperoraly the same was fixed but now again the Toxic acid of battery is coming out in car, Had asked the service manager to provide me the issue why this has happened and it has been more than 7 days no call or any thing has been received, sir as an customer it is my right to ask why this has happened and no body cared abt this

                          I bought Zeta model Maruti new Baleno car in Jan 08, 2016 when is delivered, then I took out the Stepney tyre at home...I shocked at once...that was of different company tyre ie MRF rest 4 tyres were of Apollo... 2nd ..the tyre was of 15 inches rest 4 tyres are of 16 inches...3rd...the wheel was simple rest 4 are alloy wheels. I was surprised to the fact...a luxurious car of 08 lacs contains such a stupid deficiency... If we move 15 inches tyre with 3 tyre of 16 inches then definitely alignment will be out...if we run 3 alloy wheel with 1 non alloy wheel...we will be joked out by the public may be for 30 minutes... As we wear bata shoe in one foot and rebock shoe in another foot... For only rs. 6000/-the company has joked with the buyer of Baleno a luxurious top model car... Nor even the salesman told about the fact of Stepney so that at the time of investing rs.08 lacs...customer may invest rs. 6000/- more. Seems very unorganised by the company as well as dealer... Nexa Kothari wheel, Pune to be taken care of. Now the company is requested to change the Stepney with same size and company tyre along with alloy wheel. Thanks - N. Banerjee, [protected]

                            This is to inform you that i have purchased s cross 1.3 delta in november 2015 from nexa cyber cty, jyote motors bhubaneswar.
                            It is frequently noticed that the display of music system becomes moist (White) during running with ac on. This was reported at service center during 2nd service. It could no be resolved. Please look into this issue at an earliest

                              Hi team!

                              A few weeks back i met with an unfortunate accident with my car in which the front portion of my car got smashed badly. Head lights, bumper, bonnet, fenders, grills and radiators all required replacement. I gave the vehicle to batra auto company which is closest to my location and the advisor captured all necessary details and assured me that the car will be fixed to my satisfaction. After a long wait, i was assured that my vehicle will be ready by 30th that is saturday evening. Since i work in a bpo and my shift starts at 7pm, i preferred to take the vehicle delivery on sunday evening considering the fact that it will be ready. When i reached today that is sunday for the vehicle delivery post calling the concerned representative, to my horror i discovered my car in such a condition which i can't even describe. It was loaded with tonnes of dust and bird dropping all across the car, inside and outside and the painter just started rubbing the bonnet when i arrived as if they were waiting for me to start the work. On a careful observation i discovered that the newly replaced bumper was already scratched from 3 locations while fitting and the fenders were not even painted properly as there were small patches and dents. I called the concerned rep and he started giving me strange explanations that while rubbing this may have happened and that he would do a touch up on the affected areas. I was like stunned by the wonderful service by maruti workshop and just wondering that why did i ever make a decision to choose a maruti car again and even if i did, then why did i chose to get it repaired from a maruti authorized workshop. The only answer was that my warranty would have been affected otherwise. But where is the quality and precision which a customer should expect from a maruti authorized workstation? Are there any periodic checkups or audits from maruti for all its dealership’s and workshops? I am sure that the answer is "no" or else the kind of work they did on my car was not possible. I can bet a fortune that i could have arranged a much better paint job from some local vendors who would have fixed it and delivered it to me much quicker. I know that this complain of mine will bring no goodness but still felt like letting you know that i badly regret my decision to switch back to maruti as i thought that they might have improved there after sales service due to the rising competition.

                                Hello sir
                                I have purchased new maruti swift lxi (Ops) in nov 2014. Now one day of may 2016 the clutch plate of my car got damaged and i contact to agency loc in hamirpur, himachal pradesh from where i have purchased that car. They told me that your car in not under warranty period where as waranty period of the car is 2 years. They they told me to pay 5800 rupees for that. So i request you to pl tell me weather i deserve to be return to be those rupees or not

                                  This is to lodge a serious complain against kiran motors BARODA . We recently bought ciaz car vdi+ shvs. From there before a week inspiite of having some inbuilt defects with the tap recorder and power window side glass Bluetooth and they don't pay attention towards our complain they are kicking us like football . It is a big blunder to buy a car instead of buying some other cars . We have been in touch with maruti family for more than 20 years . We expect complete co operation from u to take strict action against the authority person kiran motors . If we don't get satisfactory reply within 2 days . We will have to use legal ways to fight against them legally . We will put legal claims against them through consumer forums .

                                    Sir,
                                    I’m antony francics from kerala. I have purchased a maruti swift vxi/p a white (Kl[protected] on 28/06/2014 from avg motors ltd kottayam, kerala showroom. When i purchased the car i demand that sony company system and sony company speekers (6” front and back) are including my vehicle. The company was installed the system as my wish. I pay money for sony seekers in company. After 1 and 11 months my speaker was complained. Then i check the speaker from workshop i see that the speaker is not a sony company. Then i can understand that the cheating of company side. The company wills cheat me with giving local brand speaker and they buy from me with original price of sony speaker (Attach bill receipt below). For say this incident i call my agent and say this problem. Then he say to me that please visit the showroom. As per his advice i visited the showroom and say this problem but they treated me as very badly and they harassed me. After i called to avg customer care executive but they can’t find any solution from my problem. I lost in your faith. Now i have a lot of doubts of genuine parts of my car. I’m not satisfied from your responding style. So kindly take a necessary action for this incident. Otherwise i move legally.

                                      And it is under the extended warranty period.

                                      1st time gear repairs on dated[protected]

                                      2nd time gear repairs on dated[protected]

                                      And now again it is repairing on[protected]


                                      Is there any policy of Maruti to monthly repair for gear?


                                      Is it in Extended warranty or not cable, Shift/select control??
                                      Because dealer is saying it's payable.
