AMC and customer service not satisfactory

I am member of amc serivce provided by maruti. It provides free pick and drop facility. But when i dialed to the number proudly pasted on back of my car, the madam responsible for booking was not available. It seems that maruti do not have substitutes.

When i booked my amc service through their website htttp://marutimsm.com/serviceyourcar. Php, i received email confirming that a official from maruti will contact me within 24...

I had done servicing of my car in dec 15 and for the complaint of poor pick up of the vehicle, as per advise of the repairer, clutch kit was replaced. Even then, the pick up was not improved. I have to drive in city in fully crowded area was told to him and he is aware of the traffic in pune. By may 16, first week, it's pick up became so poor that i could not drive the vehicle further and had to complain to the dealer/repairer.

    Dear sir i had bought a maruti ritz car in july 2014 and every time if there has been an issue had to raise through consumer forum or any other sources to get resolution.This time it has been a worst example of carelessness by the service executive of maruti had given my vehicle for service in feb month this year itself and after few days i checkwd my engine and found that there was hole in battery of my car, i approached agency for solution they had sent an executive with me foe checking and the team told that this could result in any mishappening also, but no care shown nd temperoraly the same was fixed but now again the Toxic acid of battery is coming out in car, Had asked the service manager to provide me the issue why this has happened and it has been more than 7 days no call or any thing has been received, sir as an customer it is my right to ask why this has happened and no body cared abt this

      I purchased marutiswift dzire ZXI and clutch is very hard now and also making noise only after running 20, 000KM. I believe, maruti used poor quality of component and another side warranty for 40, 000KM car is disappointing. Regards

        I bought Zeta model Maruti new Baleno car in Jan 08, 2016 when is delivered, then I took out the Stepney tyre at home...I shocked at once...that was of different company tyre ie MRF rest 4 tyres were of Apollo... 2nd ..the tyre was of 15 inches rest 4 tyres are of 16 inches...3rd...the wheel was simple rest 4 are alloy wheels. I was surprised to the fact...a luxurious car of 08 lacs contains such a stupid deficiency... If we move 15 inches tyre with 3 tyre of 16 inches then definitely alignment will be out...if we run 3 alloy wheel with 1 non alloy wheel...we will be joked out by the public may be for 30 minutes... As we wear bata shoe in one foot and rebock shoe in another foot... For only rs. 6000/-the company has joked with the buyer of Baleno a luxurious top model car... Nor even the salesman told about the fact of Stepney so that at the time of investing rs.08 lacs...customer may invest rs. 6000/- more. Seems very unorganised by the company as well as dealer... Nexa Kothari wheel, Pune to be taken care of. Now the company is requested to change the Stepney with same size and company tyre along with alloy wheel. Thanks - N. Banerjee, [protected]

          It is frequently noticed that the display of music system becomes moist (White) during running with ac on. This was reported at service center during 2nd service. It could no be resolved. Please look into this issue at an earliest

            Hi team!

            A few weeks back i met with an unfortunate accident with my car in which the front portion of my car got smashed badly. Head lights, bumper, bonnet, fenders, grills and radiators all required replacement. I gave the vehicle to batra auto company which is closest to my location and the advisor captured all necessary details and assured me that the car will be fixed to my satisfaction. After a long wait, i was assured that my vehicle will be ready by 30th that is saturday evening. Since i work in a bpo and my shift starts at 7pm, i preferred to take the vehicle delivery on sunday evening considering the fact that it will be ready. When i reached today that is sunday for the vehicle delivery post calling the concerned representative, to my horror i discovered my car in such a condition which i can't even describe. It was loaded with tonnes of dust and bird dropping all across the car, inside and outside and the painter just started rubbing the bonnet when i arrived as if they were waiting for me to start the work. On a careful observation i discovered that the newly replaced bumper was already scratched from 3 locations while fitting and the fenders were not even painted properly as there were small patches and dents. I called the concerned rep and he started giving me strange explanations that while rubbing this may have happened and that he would do a touch up on the affected areas. I was like stunned by the wonderful service by maruti workshop and just wondering that why did i ever make a decision to choose a maruti car again and even if i did, then why did i chose to get it repaired from a maruti authorized workshop. The only answer was that my warranty would have been affected otherwise. But where is the quality and precision which a customer should expect from a maruti authorized workstation? Are there any periodic checkups or audits from maruti for all its dealership’s and workshops? I am sure that the answer is "no" or else the kind of work they did on my car was not possible. I can bet a fortune that i could have arranged a much better paint job from some local vendors who would have fixed it and delivered it to me much quicker. I know that this complain of mine will bring no goodness but still felt like letting you know that i badly regret my decision to switch back to maruti as i thought that they might have improved there after sales service due to the rising competition.

Now one day of may 2016 the clutch plate of my car got damaged and i contact to agency loc in hamirpur, himachal pradesh from where i have purchased that car. They told me that your car in not under warranty period where as waranty period of the car is 2 years. They they told me to pay 5800 rupees for that.                 This is to lodge a serious complain against kiran motors BARODA . We recently bought ciaz car vdi+ shvs. From there before a week inspiite of having some inbuilt defects with the tap recorder and power window side glass Bluetooth and they don't pay attention towards our complain they are kicking us like football . It is a big blunder to buy a car instead of buying some other cars . We have been in touch with maruti family for more than 20 years . We expect complete co operation from u to take strict action against the authority person kiran motors . If we don't get satisfactory reply within 2 days . We will have to use legal ways to fight against them legally . We will put legal claims against them through consumer forums .

                  I’m antony francics from kerala. I have purchased a maruti swift vxi/p a white (Kl[protected] on 28/06/2014 from avg motors ltd kottayam, kerala showroom. When i purchased the car i demand that sony company system and sony company speekers (6” front and back) are including my vehicle. The company was installed the system as my wish. I pay money for sony seekers in company. After 1 and 11 months my speaker was complained. Then i check the speaker from workshop i see that the speaker is not a sony company. Then i can understand that the cheating of company side. The company wills cheat me with giving local brand speaker and they buy from me with original price of sony speaker (Attach bill receipt below). For say this incident i call my agent and say this problem. Then he say to me that please visit the showroom. As per his advice i visited the showroom and say this problem but they treated me as very badly and they harassed me. After i called to avg customer care executive but they can’t find any solution from my problem. I lost in your faith. Now i have a lot of doubts of genuine parts of my car. I’m not satisfied from your responding style. So kindly take a necessary action for this incident. Otherwise i move legally.

                      I have purchased my car(Maruti Swift VDI) on 5th Feb I was told that car is of 750000 and I will be getting 10000 as discount thus I was supposed to pay 740000 for this I have paid 10000 as the advance on 5th Feb.
                      I have paid 400000 as draft and 330000 in cash total 730000 and 10000 as advance making it full payment of 740000 but i haven't received my car papers till date.
                      I have been pursuing them since then and it's now more than 2 months in addition to it they have also asked for my old vehicle papers that was of ALTO for which they said i will be getting 25000 as RC Discount needless to say they have not given me any such discount my bank is continuously asking for papers and I am helpless as they are now stating that there is some 5000 pending amount because of which they are not releasing my papers I pursued them for 2 days I confronted them by asking that how you have released car if any amount was pending secondly they have made 2 SEVICES also and then they said your amount is adjusted and then keep ranting over that your paper will be given in a day or two another setback for me is that because of all such mess and fraudulent behaviour of employees My vehicle no that i have purchased online at my own cost got invalid
                      PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER ASAP SO THAT SUCH FRAUD CAN BE CHECKED ON TIME.

                        Respected Sir / Madam

                        The sun of 13th may is nearly to set, day is over. but i didn't get any kind of support or response from india's biggest automobile company about my complaint. So once again i will try to express my words with mail that is available on site.


                        Maruti Suzuki is a best and trustworthy brand in Indian Market. Its reputation is so good that no one can speak against the word ‘Maruti’. In the first month of April our Family decided to buy a new car. My Husband likes to go with Hyundai i10. But me and my daughter go with the barnd maruti and our choice goes to the Celario. We visited your official websites, read every aspects of Celario. Its impressive. Further we decided to go with Celario with color silky silver. On the day of 8th April we visited the Atul Motors pvt. Ltd. At Jamnagar on the road of Jamnagar – Rajkot Highway. They suggested that we have to give some kind of amount to booked. And we give them Rs. 5000 in the condition of that they gave us a delivery on the day of 2nd May. 2nd May is my daughters birthday. On the day of 31st May we call them and reminded they said we will try. So my little cutie is so much exited. But all are in vain. They and your biggest brand fail to give a service in time. We continuously take follow up. Just before 2 days they said me that madam you will defiantly getting your car Celario just in 2 days from my show room its on the way. And today they said pls madam you have to wait next 15 days. What a nonsense I can’t understand the scenario of your market policy. Sir my husband has a govt. service but our family has a business, so we very well know that what a business policy and which kind of service required in todays market. Todays market is NXG market. All are quick and ready to give service to the customer. In my case your company is totally fail to give service.. ohh sorry sir totally fail to give delivery. No one can expect this type of service . My daughter is totally disappointed and said to her papa pls papa we go with i10. All your most prestigious awards you won in 2015 (mention in official website) are vain due to your bad service. sorry but I have to say that someone told me that don’t go with maruti if want to buy it from Jamnagar.

                        In last till this second I have trust that you will firmly take some decision in favour of your customer.

                          My name is Mayuresh and I'm from Jammu. I booked Baleno from Nexa jammu in January month and they asked for delivery in April month. Now full April month is gone and also half May month is also completed. And now they are ignoring me and never pick my call. I'm totally disappointed with NEXA service and will never recommend anyone for Nexa. Even I have paid 200000 in advance.

                            Car was given to service (along with body shop work - insurance claim request) on 30th April. Cars India (Adayar, Chennai) requested for copy of the old insurance and the soft copy was mailed to them (bodyshop.[protected]@carsindia.in) on same day (30th April) at around 7 PM.

                            On 8th May (after 8 days since I gave the car for service) I had called to request the time of delivery. I received a shocking response stating that the insurance copy was not received to their email. They have not started with the service because of this - lame excuse given by the company. There was no correspondence received from the service personnel for more than 8 days. They tell me that they had called my mobile on Friday (6th May) but I was not available because of my roaming in Delhi.

                            Then again they asked me to send the soft copy of old and new (renewed) insurance and i did the same. Then after 2 days, they sent the car to my address with incomplete body work and there were no itemized receipts handed over to me. And the bill was 18, 000 INR (not sure if this is inclusive or exclusive of the insurance amount).

                            2 days after the delivery of vehicle, the car stopped in the middle of the road due to battery failure. Then again the on-road assistance replaced the battery after charging 4500 INR.

                            So altogether we have paid close to 22500 INR for this incomplete and unprofessional work carried out by Cars India Service Professional. This is a highly condemnable atrocity that was done to me.

                            I called up the service professional, and the attitude in responding to my queries was really very bad. I called up the Maruti Regional Office, Chennai[protected] but no one responded to my call. Also, I tried calling the Maruti Head Office at Delhi[protected] and this was also not responded.

                            I need justice for all the atrocities that were made to me by unfair means and unprofessional fraudulent actions. Thanks!

                              I went to rohan motor for my 2nd free service because it was 6th month of my car. My car covered only around 3500 km and everything was working fine. But after service at rohan motor workshop, left window mirror started making noise so i put my car back to service centre after 3 days they gave me back without even looking into the matter and told me that they have sold the problem i asked what problem then no one could reply the problem was as it is i complaint to maruti abt this so i got a call from a senior guy from rohan service centre and he asked me to re submit i did the same now my car is making more new annoying sounds now car staring making sound left mirror making additional irritating sound car body is cracked below back left side light i am very much frustrated from maruti service that i have received.

                                I have booked vitara breeza zdi+ (White) on 28.03.2016 in pagariya auto aurangabad (Aurangabad mh branch) and the waiting time was 5 to 6 weeks says at this booking time and in that time the dse are not mention the date on this bookind order form when is delivered... My waiting time is over and now says 6 months are waiting for this car : (The dealer is juzt dragging, not giving any proper response. Since three weeks i'm enquiring, they are jzt postponing.                                   Complaint about car service at kalyani motors nayandahalli branch.. Respected sir/madam. Here ravikumar sb, owner of swift dezire car, car no: ka-02 mj-5254, on wednesday we dropped our swift dezire car to service in kalyani motors in nayandahalli branch, yesterday we got a cal from kalyani motors and they said your car is ready come and collect, we had been there and collected car and we saw front two tire of car has damaged and we ask the kalyani motors the car tire has damaged please ready that and give, for that they said we won't then we said then keep our car yourself for that they said okay we will... This is the kalyani motors response to us... We are complaining about kalyani motors in nayandahalli please be consider and take action and help us sir/madam... Thanking you...

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have booked vitara breeza vdi (White) on 24.03.2016 in rns motors (Gorguntepalya branch) and the waiting time was 4 to 6 weeks. Booking no: sob15005479. My waiting time is over and the dealer is juzt dragging, not giving any proper response. Since three weeks i'm enquiring, they are jzt postponing. I'm fed up of listening to the stories of dealer. The dealer is asking for extra amount to deliver the car. I kindly request the higher authority to solve the issue and deliver the car quickly.

                                      I gave my swift zdi 2014 bearing no. Ts13eb9270 for paint job to gem motors near konda pur when the paint job was done i went to pick my car after seeing my car i cant believe that such a worst paint job can be done at showroom after seeing that complaint to gm of gem motors gm said he will tc of that and i went back and again i came back after 2 days same complaint it was nt rectified we can se paint droplets falling frm the paint after again i told to gm work ia nt done properly she called the painter and painter was yelling at us and service advisor was yelling tooo they dnt any respect how to treat customers.please note down my complaint and take necessary action against them
