My name in Aghamarshana and I have purchased a new Ritz VDI a week before.
I bought it at Bimal Auto Agency Banashankari 3rd stage Bangalore. I am very disappointed with their service and finance. I have not received the (RC undertaking form), (payment receipts), (tax paid receipts), (not given 5 litre fuel as mentioned) and (permit) even after a week. I am a yellow board customer and the manager in front of me was telling to the sales executive not to attend any yellow board customers. If you don't want yellow board customers, then why are you even selling cars to yellow board customers? Just close all the sales and sit quietly. When I went to the showrooms to ask if any details were required they said me "no". But after some days when I was busy they asked fro an address proof immediately. Do you think this is right? Please take some serious action on them and provide me with all the above mentioned documents which are not still given or I will be complaining to the consumer court after a week!!
