Maruti Suzuki India — Baleno model car average and suspension

It tempts me to register my grievance against too low an average of less then 14 kmpl from petrol version alfa model baleno car purchased by me from nexa show room of maruti automobiles at bhilai on 27/01/17 which, is in total contrast with the average of 22kmpl claimed by the venture. At the same time suspension part of the vehicle is not satisfactory and is so disappointing.
As such, what the best can be expected from your concern so that quality commitments are duly met with to a satisfaction level.in the event of non compliance of issue within a limited time, i may be at liberty to move for alternative solution.
