Maruti Suzuki India — bhatia and company not release my mpin no.

Sir i am praveen suman employee in bhatia company since 3 year. Before lockdown abt 17 march i resigned from company and now i want to join another company but bhatia company has not released my mspin no. When i talk to mr. Prem bhatia about it he say that mspin no. Released by maruti and they have't right of it's. So i request to help me as soon as possible. Thanx
