On (17.1.2022) I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership Tricity Auto zirakpur ( MARUTI VITARA BREEZA VXI, 2022, CH01CJ4839 ). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because it is leaking gas from the AC Compressor. what action has been taken your mechanic inspected my vehicle and said declared forcely accident damage to fix the problem under warranty As on date the car was run only around 7600 km. Since the product is still under warranty and I am purchasing your extend warranty 15000 rs. And your employee said your car warranty extend 5 year and full car products guaranty next 5 year and if damage free of cost replace your all products. This is really fraud and return my 15000 rs no need extend warranty.
I am not at all satisfied about the car. I don't know why so many problems are coming in a new car which was bought recently.
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 26.9.2022, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
