Maruti Suzuki India — delay in getting my booking amount | |||
I booked new dezire vdi at rajalakshmi cars, sriperumbudur, kanchipuram dist. Tamilnadu on 5.10.2017. On that day i paid rs.11, 000/- as booking amount and i took delivery on 18.01.18. I paid the total amount 10 days in advance. When i asked the booking amount 11, 000/- they said they will refund it within a week. When i asked after a week they said the same thing. Again i waited for a week and they gave the same answer. I have visited the show room twice but there was no use. They are not at all picking up my phone most of the time. As my first service also got over, till today i haven't received the amount. I am very much fed up with this type of irresponsible behavior of rajalakshmi cars and i swear that it will surely affect the reputation of maruti suzuki in sriperumbudur. My car got accident bcz of which it back light got damage...My car is standing in satna agency since 13 days..But till date my car is not ready..The are telling that we don't have back light available
