I would like to share a beautiful experience of buying my car with NEXA PATEL MOTER RATLAM.
Before buying a car from nexa patel motar ratlam, I have heard many times about the negatives Feedback by Maruti Arena Patel Motors Ratlam . But in spite of this I was very impressed with the Ignis car ( Nexa product not from patel motors) due to which I went to the Nexa showroom, the Ignis car in the showroom impressed me a lot.
Nexa Ocean Motors Geeta Bhawan Square Indore, Sales executive Akanksha Pandey gave me very good offers and value for my car,
Also very good value offered to me by Faridabad Nexa Showroom Sales Manager Saurabh shrivastava,

i am a bank manager and i am posted in ratlam, , I resident of Bhopal and my family lives in Indore.So I wanted to buy the car from Indore Nexa Showroom but after visiting Ratlam Nexa Showroom, it was decided by the sales manager to give me the same offer as Nexa Showroom Indore also provide me Indore registration,
Sales managers Sarabjit Singh and Ajit Singh Parihar were asked to provide Suzuki Connect and all the accessories which were being provided by Indore and also all was shared with at time of deal, but the price of the car was still being asked for more. They clearly promised me by the sales manager that he will give me the car at the time of delivery with all the accessories and the payment was made from him saying that,
After processing the entire payment, he asked me to deliver the vehicle at 7:00 pm.,
While taking the car in the evening, there was no such accessory mentioned in the car as per him commitment, they asked me that they will fixed all accesories after a few days.
After following for a few days, he said that the accessory is still pending from Nexa.
This pendency was maintained even after few days, And after a few days, I had told to manager I had bought the car from here he forget me .And he used to tell me that the pendency is still there.
Every time I went and would be told that the order has been made but your accessories have not arrived yet.
And on leaving today, Nexa manager told that sir this accessory was not included in your deal,
Sir, this accessory (the accessory i'm talking about) is only 3-4k as per your showroom value, and it does not even matter such a big deal for me,
In banking sector, we call this banking fraud this type of false commitment and customer can take recourse to consumer court or RBI,
Please suggest where I can go for this type of calls commitment in Automobile sector..
The customer does not take the car everyday, who came to your showroom with some bad intention,
But do you give so much pressure to the sales target that your sales executive so they cheats a family with a wrong commitment?
I have very good feedback of Nexa car Patel Motar Indor but for this fraud done by patel motors ratlam so pls help me where can i go, because my experience by patel motors indore has been very good, and many people suggest me you should buying car from ocean Motors nexa showroom Indore,
It's been 3 months since I bought the car, On this Diwali occasion I am gifted you my one more pending Suzuki connect accessory and all other pending accessory to Nexa, request you to please put all accessories in your,
