Maruti Suzuki India — cancellation of allotted car without permission and unethical behavior

We booked a baleno car from maruti suzuki nexa ahmednagar showroom six months ago, our allotted car came to showroom on 6th of september and they asked us to pay the amount. Because of some issues there was delay in the payment and they started abusing us on the daily basis and forcing us to pay the amount in abusive language. And on 25th of september without concerning and informing, they cancelled our car and gave it to someone else. This is mental harassment as well as unethical behavior.
