Sir I Sunil Pal Singh purchased a Wagon R in May 2017. while heading to Bewar it got broke down at 1900hr on 19 Feb 2018. I immediately call to customer care for road side assistance but they ignored due to night after a long discussion they agreed to tow the vehicle on payment of Rs 8, 200/- which shows intention not to help and leads me to night halt in an isolated place. I used a public convenience to tow to My Car Farrukhabad at cost of Rs 7, 000/-. Despite under warranty of my car I was charged by the service centre for clutch plate and labour charge Rs 5, 086/-.
