Height of insincerity and disgussion
i have booked S cross 1.3 zeta model in 18th feb 2016, they told me that they delivered it in 20 days but after waiting one month did not get any response from KIRAN NEXA SURAT, the sales person Ms neelam rajput do not give any commitments about car delivery and forced me to buy higher model or cancle the current model bookings even they charging for cancellations which is unacceptable.worst and disgusting management ever.Maruti said NEXA is premium segments but i think it's worse segment and they should definitely learn meaning of commitments specially sales person of KIRAN NEXA SURAT and GM (brijesh singh ) of nexa surat too.
