I had purchased Maruti Ertiga ZXI AGS from the Vitesse Limited Worli Branch in the month of Mar’19. Mr. Tushar Shah and Mr. Tanaji convinced me buy Sony XAV-XA3000 music system wherein they assured that the music system will be covered under comprehensive insurance.
Unfortunately, the vehicle’s music system has been stolen on 17th Sep’20. He has contacted the dealer Mr. Tushar Shah and the insurance company in this regards & he came to know that the music system of his vehicle is not covered under insurance. He has contacted the sales official named Mr. Tushar and he has given contact number of Ms. Rasheeda who is an insurance head. Customer has contacted Ms. Rasheeda for further support wherein she has assured him to look after this matter. However, he is yet to receive any satisfactory response from the dealership or Ms. Rasheeda. Hence, he is extremely dissatisfied and he wants MSIL’s intervention in this regards.
This is pure cheating by the dealership at the time of sales. They just wanted to increase the accessories bill and earn their bonuses and didn't bother to include the music system under insurance.
Thus, I wish to lodge a complaint against the dealership VITESSE - WORLI BRANCH and need strict action to be taken against the concerned involved. I would also wish a fair justice to me for the music system lost of Rs. 20, 000 which I was made to convince that is covered under the comprehensive insurance.
