I am prabagaran sekar working as a software engineer. I have bought other brand car (Honda jazz) from maruti true value located @ paruthipattu. They ensure the vehicle is not meet with accident and flood affected. While booking the car, i agreed them to do name transfer also. One month after i got to know the car, which sold to me is fully affected by flood and title changed to total loss vehicle. Immediately i have checked with true value team, they asked me the proof. I have shared the service history. Then, they agreed to give full refund. But, kamal behalf of ravi (General manager) asked me for 2 deals. If i want instant refund they will deduct 30000 inr from the purchase amount or i have to wait for 10 days to get full refund from the the vehicle handover to them. But, almost 2 month gets over, still i have 32500 inr pending from them. I got to know ravi (Gm) told to manager to stop the refund amount, but they agreed for full refund. But they denied to refund of remaining money. Guide me to get it fully

Service history of total loss proof and purchase proof

Hi,

I have checked with Maruti, they confirmed the car sold or took as exchange to/from customer, it will form through 360° checklist. If vehicle passes the test then only they showed to customer for sale.

But Chennai, Paruthipattu sold me level 1 flood affect Honda Jazz (Total loss car). It is illegal to sell this car to the customer without disclosing anything.

Vishnu cars TrueValue GM told we will sell other brand car as it is manner. So, what I am asking, shall I confirm TrueValue will sell total loss car to the customer ?

I have paid 362000 INR for this car. They denied to return me back remaining 32500 INR. It is their responsibility to return back my money ASAP.
Recently I have got the chance to meet Mr.Ravi (GM) Kattupakkam Vishnu cars. He told we wouldn't give you the pending refund. He told, you do whatever you want.

Mr.Ravi told me they wouldn't check.the vehicle if it is other brand car, which sold via TrueValue. But, Maruti customer support team told me that, we have 360° check to check the all brand cars. All cars should pass in this check to sell to customer. So, apologies about the total loss car sold to me.

But, Mr.Ravi told me other brand cars, which sold as it is and wher it is manner. So we won't provide the refund even it is flood affect (Total Loss car).

Please, provide me the solution to this problem

      To whom so ever it may concern,
      i left my NEW wagon-R car 10 DAYS back at Competent Automobiles Co Ltd, ghazipur, delhi.
      car no. DL2CBB-1315.
      car was repaired through insurance, when i went to take the car i noticed that they CRASHED bumper of the car,
      on complaint dealer said we will change it leave the car for 2 days.
      this is ridiculous if i didnt noticed they gave me car with crashed bumber.

      after 2 days i visited again then there is a dent and scratches on left door of the car. now they said leave the car again. just tell me can i get the original car.?????
      maruti Ruined my new car.
      resolve the issue asap.

        In regards to the attached receipt, I had exchanged my Honda City with a Brand New Swift from our Muringoor Branch, Chalakudy. This process happened on 20th September 2019. Refer to the attached note.

        Now, on Saturday 3 Oct 2020, I received a Speeding Ticket in my name stating for Over speeding that took place on April 2020. The Car which I had already given to the True Value to Exchange on September 2019. I immediately reached out to the concerned dealer and their Manager. I sent them the documents through Whatsapp as well for reference.

        Linu (Sales) person and Mahesh (Supervisor) from BRD Muringoor, Chalakudy was immediately informed from where I purchased my new vehicle and had given them my old one for exchange. I was also asked to contact Shabin for the same as well.

        Starting Saturday 3rd October, I have been told that the New Customer Vishnu has been contacted and will do the needful. It`s been 3 days and I`m getting the same excuse.

        My Question is,
        When I gave the car to True Value on September 2019, why the car not transferred in the company name ?

        This Car was sold to the New Customer in Jan 2020. The New Registration was done on July 2020. How can True Value be so careless in handling documents in regards to this case ? What if the New User committed a crime in that duration, who is responsible for the same ?

        Utter non-professionalism & lack of responsibility from the Company`s part in managing the same. Daily I have to call and check with these people and all I get to hear is that we have informed the New Customer and will be taken care of.

        Do we even realize that, this delay is costing me & and my records impacted at the RTO as defaulter ?

        Is this the way you treat with the documentation when purchasing old car from the Customers ?

        I am highly disappointed the way this entire case is being handled and taken action. Hence, bringing this to your notice, with the expectation that this is resolved in no time and the same is been corrected. This gives me a lack of confidence in going ahead with my relationship with Maruti Suzuki. I also have a Brezza and I really don`t preferred to get treated like this for this situation.

        Is this how you treat your customers and is the trust I can have on this Brand ?

        Please Note - This issue occured with the BRD, Muringoor Chalakudy Centre and they arranged the True Value Executive. I do not see that option below in the drop down, hence mentioning it in here.

          I and my family is the loyal customer of Maruti cars and using your products since last 20 years

          I am heaving my Baleno CAR GJ06JQ5497 Chasis no. 165302 .My car service regularly done through your authorised service center Amar car Gorwa Vadodara
          Sice one year I am facing problem with it's steering i.g stiffness in movement i complaint for the same at Amar car work shop they told me to make alignment of wheel during service i agreed for the same even after that the problem remains same .
          now they told me to change steering column in CUT OF VIN as they found problem in steering column i kept my car at said workshop on dtd.05.10.2020 same day they called me to come to work shop and collect the car but while having test ride i found no change in steering stiffness and problem remains same my car is still at workshop

          sir i request you to look in the matter and solve my problem as it caused huge disturbance in my life

                  Sir/ madam.
                  I am given my maruti wagon r vxi vehicle with registration no kl-35-g-3501 on the date 26/09/2020 at avg motors anthinadu service center which is in palai kottayam district kerala. The said vehicle i am serviced periodically at their kottayam branch vary well. But due to covid-19 the vehicle periodical service done nearest authorized center in anthinad. But the service is vary bad and the vehicle actual they are not serviced properly and they charged huge amount as service charge. The vehicle they given to me with out proper service. The photos i am uploading to you for reveal what they actually done in the vehicle. The wind wash material i got from bonnet when i am open with out fill it in the prescribed tank. Also the photos which shows the bad service of them. Many peoples told me that this service center actually vary bad. But i believed the maruti suzuki company and i am refused the things from others actually i believed that the maruti suzuki company have control and responsibility in service of vehicle, and also i proudly said the maruti suzuki is standard one company and they give better service to customers.. But now i am also a victim of this service center and from the maruti company also. What ever may be i am uploading the photos after i got my vehicle from service center. They are not provide any job slip to me i am attached the proof of photos with this mail

                        My car mh12 fp 9023 has an alternator bearing problem. I had paid rs 2000 as advance for changing bearing on 13th september 2020. The service center is located in fortpoint automotive, dombivli. It has been two weeks since that. Neither has the part arrived nor have i recevied any call for same. How can ordering a part take two weeks? It is really frustrating.

                          My name is fabian fernandes. I purchased a maruti suzuki celerio zxi in february 2017 from sai service cuncolim south goa.
                          When i purchased the car i ask sai service to fix fog lamps on my car before delivering me the car. Sai service charge me rs.4000 for the fog lamps.
                          Today one of the fog lamp stop working and i went to replace to another maruti suzuki shop and realized sai service over charged me.in maruti suzuki genuine part shop (Govind poy margao) and chowgule the original fog lamp cost is around rs.2000 to rs.2200.
                          The fog lamp or bulbs sai service fit on my car are not available in any maruti suzuki genuine part shop and this has got me more frustrated.
                          This is not the first case or experience with sai service cuncolim.
                          They have also cheat me on service but i have never written a complain. Cheat me on wheel balancing and alignment many times and have been caught red handed 2 times and have taken refund once. Due to this i had to change all 4 tires of my car less then 35000kms.
                          Very bad experience.
                          If such cheating continues it will be very difficult for maruti suzuki in future.
                          Hoping for the best.

                            Team,

                            I have purchased wagon r on from popular maruti 02-dec-2019 and with in 7 months of purchase i experience rusting issue. I did raise it with maruti team however i am not satisfied with the response. They have confirmed its not manufacturing defect.

                            I raised issue with popular maruti on this concern on august 11th 2020. However i did not get any response until my second follow up on 1-sep-2020. My complaint reference number [protected].

                            Again there was no response and then i topped email keeping ponnuswamy - deputy regional manager (Kelkattalai branch - popular maruti) on 9-sep-2020 and then i got a call from their team that they will be attending my case shortly.

                            Further to that, i received call from ayush agarwal, on 9-sep-20 that they will work on this case and come back.

                            After soo much battle and follow up maruti team came back checking paint quality and then today they come back saying there the customer need to bear the charges.

                            To note:
                            During the examination, i could see almost every corner of the body had corroded and with in 7 to 8 months of purchase i never expected such a bad body quality. This is not the 1st car i am using in maruti and this is my 4th car in last 15yrs. For your kind reference. Mentioned car details...

                            As a family, we always prefer maruti for the trust worthy quality and service. Here we got this wagon r for my mother who is aged 60yrs and a retired central government (Superintendent of customs). We purely purchases this vehicle for her to enjoy her retirement life and be more independent. Today with lots of mental agony and frustration i am raising this issue on the vehicle which we purchase paying full cash from my mother's retirement benefits cash.

                            I certainly feel unsafe and very much disappointed for this quality issues which got raised in very short period of purchase. We have never faced such corrosion issues in any of the above car which you can verify the details in your records.

                            After all the struggles i am getting a response from maruti team these damages dont cover in warranty and i need to bear the expenses of getting it fixed.

                              Hello sir,
                              I went to the true value dhanbad to buy a second hand car, after visiting there I have chosen a swift vxi. The dealer taken my contact number. And I said him tomorrow I will come with required documents to buy a car. Then I will come back to my home after some time the dealer called me and said to deposit some booking amount but I told him that tomorrow I will come there and take a test drive then I will buy it.. But the dealer promising me and said that trust me there is not a single problem in car and forced me to transfer the booking amount. And then I trust him and I have transferred RS.2000 without taken a test drive. Than next day I reached there with required documents to buy a car.. And after that I take a test drive but I found there is the problem in car. That's why I have decided to reject that car due to problem and for wrong information.. They have cheated me and given the wrong information for to take money with me. They hurt me and broken my trust with Maruti Suzuki... I have request you to please refund my money...for this kindness I shall be highly obliged to you.. thanking you

                                rusting of ciaz car

                                I wish to inform you that, its a heart breaking situation that the ciaz rs car which i bought on year 2016, is in a condition where its rusting completely shown rusting in door sides and door handles visibles rusting in door handles and its increasing vigorously in visible areas.
                                The paricular rusting started or get to notice in 2018 in which we had shown to the service centre manager of sarathy service...

                                Be Aware*
                                I had given my Maruti Swift Desire car, VXI AMT to AAA Maruti Authorized Service Centre at Okhla[protected]. My car had gone for a regular servicing (i.e. oil change, filter change & the usual cleaning) I received my car in the evening & paid them their dues at the same time. When i drove my car i was surprised at the way the car was moving, there was alot of drag (as if am driving with the hand break) there was no pickup in the car & the acceleration too was so hard that i could feel it on my knees. In spite of complaining about my cars condition there was a very cold response from the service centre (AAA), so eventually they took my car again for a whole day[protected] & when i drove after the 2nd visit, the car was still having issues like the car was jerking as in like a miss fire & the AC too got some serious issues, its not cooling the car.
                                Had a visit again from AAA team[protected] but they could not understand or resolve the issue & they left. I received a call from their supervisor who was handling my case saying that some senior level person will be coming to check the problem but he will come after a weeks time n not before that. No one turned up as expected, I also complained at the MUL toll free number to lodge a complaint, so i got a call again from AAA regarding my car & saud they wanted to take the car again for the problems i complained for. They took the car & drove the vehicle 80 kms & they left the car at my residence in the evening & gave the keys to my guard without informing me or calling me. My car is still in same condition rather its getting more worse. I would request you all that one should not give their car for servicing or repairs to AAA service centre at Okhla Phase 1. They are the most unprofessional, inefficient, incompetent & negligent service experts. I would take this matter to higher authorities @ MUL & try and get the dealership canceled of AAA or get them penalize for the same.
                                I had paid the servicing charges and also my fuel was used all these while & in return i still got a problematic car after all this.

                                  I went to purchase vehical, baleno delta on march 21, at time of delivery dealer has not given any documents, such as tr, insurance and sales invoice by dealer, as my loan has sanctioned on march 21, so i got call from axisbank executive as loan has sanctioned on march 21, he asked for delivery of vehicle date, so i replied if possible today i can take delivery today. So axisbank executive called dealer about to do the process of delivery.
                                  I have paid check of rs 2, 65, 915 to dealer. But dealer failed to give tr, insurance and sales invoice on the delivery time.
                                  As later dealer made tr, insurance on may -18-2020, unfortunately my vehicle met with accident on may -19 -2020.
                                  But again dealer has misguided customer and told sbi surveyor false statement as my vehicle was purchased on may 18, instead of march - 21-2020. So due to this false statement from dealer and misguide to customer to say as delivery date as may18. Later to surveyor i told that the vehicle was purchased on march-21-2020, and submitted the delivery proof. And advisor ashok of pavan motors has changed my claim orginal form and put fake claim form with help sbi officer from hyderabad mr. Suresh. So due to this not handover of documents on delivery time by dealer by sbi insurance rejected. Estimation was 1, 50, 000. So customer inspite of paying downpayment and disbusrment of loan amount to dealer is suffering mentally and financially for vehicle to be repaired. Its nearly four months my vehicle is kept in pavan motors body shop, nalgonda as it is.
                                  Please feel pain of customer and try humanity based natural justice.
