Maruti Suzuki India — Cheating in car delivery

Dear Sir

I am Rajeev Srivastava, I am 26 year old customer of Maruti Suzuki.Through his mail I want to highlight the unfair practices adopted by you dealer in delivery of Vehicles.I booked Vitara Breeza VDi+ Red Color through your dealer Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd. 4 to 6 Dilshad Gaden, Main G.T. Road Delhi on 17/06/2016 by depositing Rs.21000/- through cheque, cheque was cleared on 21/06/2016.After the Booking I was in regular touch with Dealer and every time they assured me that they will deliver the vehicle as soon as they get it from suzuki.On 2/10/2016 we visited the dealer showroom and it was informed to us that the car booked till 8/06/2016 was delivered by Suzuki. and in next lot( approx. in 15 days) I will get my car.After that I called in dealer office approx. after a week and they informed me that my Car still not delivered by Suzuki, I again called in Dealer office on 26/10/2016, on that day Dealer told me that My Car has still not delivered by Suzuki and probably I got my Car on next week.I again called to dealer office on 4/11/2016 and they told me that in last one month Suzuki has not supplied any RED Color Vitara Breeza VDi+ therefore it's not possible to provide you RED Color Car and if you want any other color than probably we arrange it immediately.I told him that during my last visit in your office it was informed to me that I will get my Car within 15 days but now you are telling me different story.I told him that from day one I informed very clearly that I want only Vitara Breeza VDi+ in Red Color and no other alternative is acceptable to me so please arrange me the CAR I have booked.

As I was very fed up with telephonic conversation I visited to dealer office on 6/11/2016 and asked them about my car, again they said that it will take 15 more days. I told them that my friends who booked the cars in July 2016 got their cars than How is it possible that Suzuki has not supplied the car I booked, they again told me that Sir we are helpless as Suzuki has not supplied us your car and we are not in position to inform you the date of delivery and if you want we cancel your booking.I told him that if you are unable to inform delivery date please provide me the details of Booking and I will talk to Suzuki directly about the delivery.During conversation sales manager of Fair Deals asked our booking details we informed him the booking date he checked the papers and informed me that my booking was canceled and amount was refunded, I get shocked by his statement, he shows me the sheets where in front of my booking Refund was written.I told him that I never asked for refund and without informing me who has canceled my booking, he also surprised and asked his Team about the same.When he called his juniors they start blaming one another and we didn't go any answer that how my booking get canceled.Sales Manager told us that Fair Deal has already Handed Over the Car booked till july 2016.After that to hide their mistakes the whole team started to offer us different Permutation and combinations of other models like Ldi+ (with acessories) etc. etc. but I Told them that I want only Vitara Breeza Vdi+ (Red color).Dealer told me that they are not in position to deliver Vitara Breeza Vdi+ (Red Color) Before December 2016, which I told them is unacceptable to me.

With the whole episode I really felt cheated and this shows the unfair practices going on in Fair Deal.From last 4.5 Month I am waiting for my car and suddenly i got the information that dealer has canceled my booking without informing me.The response I got from dealer is unethical, unfair and irresponsible and I completely lost faith in Suzuki and Fair Deal.From last two days we were in shocking condition as it hurts me a lot.Due to the irresponsible and unethical behavior of Dealer I suffer mentally and financially.I request you to please immediately stop these unfair practices, immediately deliver me my car i.e. on or before 15/11/2016 otherwise I have only option to left is to take suitable action against company and dealer.
