Sir my father in law has booked a maruti swift dezire from jammu motors kathua.
The dealer has given a call to my father in law saying that u have to give 12000 to the accessories as this is the company policy. As my father in law in not keeping well and is not aware of the policy they have the the money from them. When i called the dealer they told me that now as they have given the money it can not be refunded. If this the case i have to go to the consumer court to settle my issue.
The delivery date is on 4th of this month and i want to address the issue on priority
