[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India — Complain about overcharging and worst service | |||
I would like to register the complaint on the Maruti service center for Overcharging for the services. Service Date : 22/10/2021 Vehicle Number : TN 11 V5242 Invoice Number : 4/BR/21003459 Inv amount : 4901 Amount Paid : 5901 Maruti Service Centre name : Jayabheri Automotives Private Limited, Plot # 113&115, CB Square, Lumbini Enclave, Hitech City Road, Opp. Biodiversity Park, Gachebowli, Hyderabad -32 The bill amount was 4901, but We were charged 5901 and the person who delivered the vehicle. He promised to refund the amount after returning to service centre, but in vain, we haven't neither received the refund nor updates on the Refund. Also the Air pressure on tyres wasn't checked and it was 15 psi when the vehicle was delivered. We have had consistent dissatisfaction from this service centre both the times the vehicle was serviced. Request you help us get the refund and do the need full.
