Maruti Suzuki India — Complaint about my car maruti ciaz UP75X1307 | |||||
Dear Maruti Team, My self Ajay Parmaar owner of CIaz ZDI Plus i am being a loyal customer of Mruti Suzuki . Ii would like to draw your kind attention towards your customer services which Rohan motors givres to customers, I would like to inform you that i bought a Maruti Ciaz car dated on 30th dec.2015, i had faced lot of problem since i have purchased this car i had faced a problem of high fuel consumption, so maruti dealer told me this is quite normal but how this is normal, then i raised a complaint against the same, three months back on on 33, 500 Km high pressure pump and injector had been replaced as recommended by maruti dealer .My car is in normal warranty and i had faced lot of problems since i have purchased this car . My car was break down on yamuna express way on 11th nov, 16 due to the coolant leakage when i was coming from Agra i have called to Maruti dealer and he came with the technician and he top up the coolant and advised me to not to drive the car and then i visited to the Rohan motors which is in greater noida . He told me that he raised a technical query to Maruti due to saturday and sunday he did not recive any clarification for the same and i have meet Mr.Reddy and i ask for the solution and i am really surprised that he did'nt have any solution for us and my service Advisor Mr.Lalit told me that he have to dismantle the engine and i am really surprised that my car is driven only 35, 854 Km and he have to dismantle the engine and it will take 30 days to repair my car . This is really unacceptable to me that in Ciaz car engine will be dismantle in just 35 k .All my services was done in Maruti dealer time to time as recommended by Maruti dealer. Now i ask to get the courtsey car but he don"t have any courtsey car . This is really pathetic services i have ever seen in my life . I will never ever buy Maruti car in my whole life . i would look forward to Maruti for the support for customers. I request To Maruti India to look into this matter . I bought this CELERIO PMA White ZDI-BSIV DIESEL on 26-08-15 at Vellore 632009 MARUTI GANESH CARS. Within 12 months it started pitting at the bottom end of all the 4 side doors with bubbles. It seems to be ugly and poor aesthetics. I would like to get either new vehicle replacement or exchange.

Sai service ne mere pass se booking karva liya.and50000 ka cheque bhi liya.and 15 november ka commitment diya.and booking hone k bad half hpur me cal kar k bola k apko hum us din car nahi de sakte.my booking no is SOB 16000329.its ery bad experience with me.
