Maruti Suzuki India — Complaint against Insuh Auto, 13/3, Mathura road, Faridabad | |||
Hi, my car Alto Lxi HR29 W8962 was not getting started so I called up Insuh Auto, 13/3 Mathura road, Faridabad to get the same checked on 5th Nov 2015. As per the Insuh Auto, there was issue with ECM so I asked them to repair the same. They took 7 days and finally communicated on 13th Nov that the same can not be repaired from their end. Car was there in Insuh Motors for 7 days. On 13th Nov they returned my car. I had very bad experience as I had to survive without car for 7 days and finally car could not be required by Maruti's authorized dealer. Then I decided to get my car repaired by other Car mechanic in front of me only. Finally I got to know that my car's ECM was changed by Insuh Motors. In my Alto Lxi they have put maruti 800 ECM. I have been cheated by Insuh Auto and had pathetic experience. Such people are spoiling the brand image of Maruti Suzuki. Pls help and resolve my issue asap before I knock the door of consumer court.
