Maruti Suzuki India — complaint against navdesh autos :[protected] — not repairing my car, more than 5 months in workshop — misbehaved and apathy ertiga zdi+ pb65an 5920 | |||
Dear team I am hereby requested that, i have given my car to repair in navdesh autos under accident repair case under insurance claim policy on dated ;23rd feb 2020, but still even after nearly 5 months thr is still no response from the navdesh autos. They have promised me that i will be receiving car by 23rd march., but it's now 11 june and still there is no whereabout the repairing or delivery of the car . Even i had approached ceo of navdesh auto mr saurav gupta on his number [protected], he is the most weird and pathetic person, he said for me its a case i dont have time to meet you and hear your concerns please do whatever you wish to do its a clear example how maruti values their customers even i do have two products of maruti still facing same is very much stressful moreover if the king (Ceo) behaves like this the workers attitude you gonna made guess Following are the highlighted points 1. The service advisor mr ajay is so offensive that he didnt have sesse how to talk to lady customer (My sister) obviously if your so called ceo mr. Aurav gupta said this then same can be epected from workers2. Now on arriving on 10th july the workshop persons said "please repair from outside and share the bills, will claim". Can anybody share why should i repair from local market, is maruti oblige this 3. For you its a case, but for me its a family car, samething i conveyed to gupta ji he said "main kya karoo, 50 grahak aate hai tere jaise"4. Spare tyre fitted in place of damaged tyre & damaged tyre used as a sapre 5. Navdesh autos had taken all amount from insurance company is it the reason for such pathetic services I believe abovesaid point can easy to understand my pain, in case you still dont want to take any action against such harassment then let me know as its 6 months till date but no help yet I will provided you sufficient stuff for the same whenever you want any proof Thanks & regards Gaurav mangla Was this information helpful? | |||

1.The person who pick and drops the car calls you around 30 min before that they have reached the destination and then cannot find the place where to come .The customer keeps waiting for them in the working hours of office --standing outside the office and then also they again call asking for the location of the place
2.The car windows are just not clear and i dont know what grease cloth they use on the car windows that that grease is not going even after 5 days of car service, even though after that i get my car wash everyday.I cannot see through the glass windows as they are full of grease.This has repeated twice in 2022 and 2023
when i asked or compensation of free labor next time, they simply said no .It is just simply harassing the customer and i have pledged that from now i wont get my car service from Navdesh autos.
They simply say sorry but what have we to do with sorry if the person is not able to see and go home and nothing is visible, i was simply going to met an accident as i was not able to see through any window
