Maruti Suzuki India — Complaint no 0351 no solution

How my compliant got resolved without any solution and I have waited for 5 hrs as my car was stucked in hole .They have not provided any solution and still my car is stucked at 11 pm .My issue is how they rejected my complaint after 5 hrs without my consent
