Maruti Suzuki India — complaint of non receipt of policy | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is very disappointing that i have been following up with m/s jeewan motors, bhopal. But they have not responded the status of my policy. Even i have called the person mr. Deepak whom i have interacted with, after the cheque given he has not responded this shows completely legacy of duty. The cheque i have handover on 4th nov, mr. Deepak has comitted that the policy copy i wil get on monday, but today is wednesday even i have called him so many times, every time he has mentioned that he is busy or other excuses. I don't expect this type of professional behavior with a good company. Although i have called jeevan motors landline number to trying out/find out the seniors number to be connect but there receptionist does not transfer the call mentioned i can not transfer the cal because we are authorize for that.
