Maruti Suzuki India — Complaint regarding poor servicing of new Ertiga

To the concerned person,

I purchased a new ertiga on 21 sep'20 and later in nov'20 i had met with an accident so i had sent my car at pasco automobiles service center, alipur sohna, haryana -122102 for repairing. At that time i was charged unnecessarily around 5k inspite of having an car insurance. I was given poorly serviced car in which there were many faults which were not told to us or noticed by them at the time of handing over the car and due to which i had another incident in feb'21. This time car got overheated because of lack of water in the car engine as per the claim of service center people. I want to ask how can a new car be deprived of such lacking of water? This water in the engine would have been leaking because they hadn't done proper and thorough testing and servicing at first place itself. It is such a poor excuse of not accepting their own fault of not doing good service. At that time when i was handed over the car but i had to pay around 16k as some parts were not covered under insurance policy. Later due to this, car engine got seized and the car has been given at service center for repairing for the 3rd time within a span of 8 months of purchase. I have contacted manager from whom i purchased the car, gm of service center and insurance person and have been following up this incident for more than 1 month but pasco automobiles service center people keep saying that insurance claim has not been approved yet so they can not do much until it is being approved yet. Maruti suzuki manager udit and shubham gautam have been delaying this incident for a long time and not giving much focus on it. When i contacted them further on 21/07/2021 they updated that insurance claim has been refused since this doesn't come under policy. I want to ask whom should i contact for this and whose fault is this, is it mine? If the car had been serviced properly at first place itself then it would not have lead to 2nd and 3rd incidents then why should i bear this unnecessarily headache and mental harassment? Did i purchase this car to get it parked at service center only and bear the cost of servicing as well or enjoy the benefits of having a personal car? Now i want an absolute new car with 2020 model itself or preferably 2021 model. Please do the needful otherwise i will need to file a case in consumer court for this along with the charges of mental harassment. Please take appropriate and stringent actions to get it done asap. Moreover we have not been provided any alternate car to use meanwhile and i have to take rented car wherever i have to step out of my town. Why should i take a rented car when i own my personal car and why should i pay extra charges?

Note: please find attached the car papers and the invoices of the charges which i had to pay twice at the time of servicing.

I had got my car insurance passed through the pension policy Pasco
today i had to wait for 4 hours
no one there gave me any response
used to make excuses to each other
I talk to all the brothers but I don't trust anyone to work
my car was adulted
that's why i had to work on that car
i was expecting pasco
i saw you there
there was no more infocity
today i felt that pasco agency is a bad agency
I pass with confidence by getting some special insurance but
No there is no way to talk to the staff there
