Maruti Suzuki India — dealers not providing car through canteen

My father had booked new swift dzire in April month. He is an ex service man.now new dzire canteen gst rate is available but prem motors Kotputli Jaipur staff is pressuring my father to purchase the car from market.they will not give the car through canteen process.
In rude words they are misbehaving with my father by saying that we will not give u the car through canteen. I[censored] want then apply through market u will get on the spot.
Take strict action against prem motors Kotputli Jaipur.

Prem motors Kotputli Jaipur are pressuring my father to take new swift dzire from market whereas my father is an ex service man and he want car through canteen. Prem motors Kotputli personal are saying that they will not give car through canteen process
