I have booked S presso vxi Red colour 23/12/20 at Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Jaikrishnaa Auto Sales, Coimbatore, Mettupalayam Road) branch. I checked twice before booking it for car availability. At the time the answer was it's available, and it will be delivered on time. A very next day I got the call from the showroom and they informed that the car is not available and there is no update on the exact delivery date. It's totally unacceptable.
