Maruti Suzuki India — Delay in delivery of baleno zeta model from maruti suzuki nexa | |||
Dear concern, This is manish suriya from bhopal. I have booked the baleno zeta model on 8th feb'16 from nexa office located at my wheels pvt ltd. Plot no 6, malviya nagar, bhopal. They have charged the booking amount of 11, 000 and promised me to deliver the car within 1.5 months. Now its about-to 3 months and when ever i call nexa relationship manager mr. Girish shukla (Mob [protected]), he says some story and again give me new dates. Its been happened many times and they are not firm on what they says. This is really frustrating and i am loosing trust on maruti suzuki and nexa for the pathetic customer service they are providing, Request you to please register the complaint and take some necessary action.
