Maruti Suzuki India — delay in delivery of maruti ertiga and not reply from sales team from maruti suzuki | |||
Sunil navinbhai patel booked maruti etriga on 12 dec 2018 at atul motors jamnagar, delivery time given by autl motors at time of booking is 6 weeks, till today i have not received delivery. How maruti suzuki is taking orders if they do not have production of ertiga to sell. After many complains to maruti and there teritory sales manager aporva sharma not reply from company. Very very disappointed with maruti suzuki which is biggest car manufacturer in india. I hope my complain on face book reaches sales manager and customer care manager at maruti suzuki. I went for my suzuki access 125 first service to sai automobile, mumbra and they made the oil change compulsory and charged 655rs. If it is compulsory for first service then do i have to pay for for second service too.please let me know.
