Hello all,
I writing this complaint with atmost disappointment. I have pre-booked new dzire vxi on 27 april 2017 based on the committment from the dealer that it will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of booking. I have booked my car at wonder cars, midc, pimpri-chinchwad.
New dzire launched by mid of may2017 and the dealer promised to deliver by 2 nd week of june. From then on, i have been waiting and almost everyday i used to call the dealer and ask about the status. I have already waited for 3 months and now dealer is telling it will take another 4 to5 weeks of time and that too they are not confidence.
This year i moved to pune after selling my old car at chennai. Currently i donot own any car and everyday it is a painful process to come to office and for other works. Considering i will be getting the car by june, i borrowed money from private finance for which i am paying the interest already.
My question is, in what basics maruthi initiated the pre-booking with the committment of 6 to 8 weeks. They do not follow any ethics on their business. What is the penalty on missing the committment? Howcome they can take the customers as granted.
Like to know in detail and for that matter i am ready to put a case against dealer for compensation.

There is a problem with steering assembly of Dzire 2017 and because of which Maruti has stopped the dispatched of vehicles from the plan and replacing the steering assembly of the cars which have already been delivered.
