Maruti Suzuki India — Delay in New Vehicle delivery - Maruti Ertiga

We have booked a Maruti ZXI Petrol Manual (M Grey) on the Name of Akshay Gir at Maruti Suzuki ARENA (The Mithra Agencies) - Himayathnagar, Hyd on 24th November 2020.

As discussed, the 3-4 weeks of the waiting period is exhausted, and I have no update on the status of the vehicle. I have just heard verbally that it has not been dispatched yet without any confirmation of the further date.
Later after lodging a complaint - Interaction ID[protected], with the last update dated 20th Jan, I have received from the company executive manager is that it will be delivered by 1st week of Feb 2021 with no further information regarding the chassis number or so.

It's been more than 2 months and the new vehicle I booked has not yet been delivered. I haven't got any help from the Head of the customer department through lodging a complaint. There is no assurance on the delivery of the vehicle with prolonging delay.

I kindly request the authority to look into the issue and help me with the resolution at the earliest.
